Your service is very poor, I had ordered medicines from netmeds and they given to your delivery agent as promised today's delivery. Your Delivery agent name is Mithilesh Yadav from Lucknow is false person and always telling false timming on call and He is you very poor employee from my side as I am customer want my order as soon as possible before the time to take medicine, because of him I missed my one time medicine. And finally he don't know my location. My humble request to you that take a strict action against his poor behaviour and improve your service and employees. Reply me as soon as possible.
