Your service is very poor, I had ordered medicines from netmeds and they given to your delivery agent as promised today's delivery. Your Delivery agent name is Mithilesh Yadav from Lucknow is false person and always telling false timming on call and He is you very poor employee from my side as I am customer want my order as soon as possible before the time to take medicine, because of him I missed my one time medicine. And finally he don't know my location. My humble request to you that take a strict action against his poor behaviour and improve your service and employees. Order screenshot attached below. I have placed an order of medicines in NETMEDS on 27-08-22, part of which was handed over to the delivery partners QWIK. The medicines which are o[censored]rgent need, were supposed to be delivered by 02-09-22 but since ordering, no update on the tracking status has been updated nor I received the medicines. This is really very disappointing and annoying to see such irresponsible, careless and unprofessional approach of Qwik courier service. I have complaint thrice but nothing has been done yet. I positively want the medicines by tomorrow. I hope the matter will be taken seriously and resolved soon.
