R.o Water Plant — Illegal Water Plant in Residential Area

Hello Sir,
I live in gali number:48, sanjay colony, sector: 23 Faridabad .Sir in my area there is an illegal water plant going on day and night.They open water plant both day and night and also supply illegal water pouch. They don't pay any Tax and they do not have any GST No. Sir due to this water plant we can not able to sleep and study properly. Whenever my family say to "close a water plant" they start fighting and speak loudly . Due to this water plant their is lot of traffic and people come here and in this coronavirus period no one wear mask and no one maintain social distancing. They also have there own water tanker which create lot of noisy day and night . Sir please help I m a student and due to this people Im not able to study and sleep proper .
Sir you are my last hope of help .Please kindly take some action against this illegal water plant.
