[Resolved] R P Enterprises — 4 out of 6 chairs found damaged upon receipt | |||
Snapdeal order id: [protected] and snapdeal order id: [protected] I had ordered 6 chairs from snapdeal.com on 5 oct but unfortunately 4 out of 6 chairs were found broken on opening the package. I have already raised request for return but nothing is happening regarding the same. I have ordered so many products from snapdeal but never faced such issues ever before. Then why am i facing problems this time? I expect high service quality from snapdeal and it should be maintained at any cost. Please arrange to pick-up both the orders and refund the money only once you are convinced that i have been cheat by this seller. If you're not convinced after the pick-up, i don't want the refund also but at-least arrange the pick of this garbage. Was this information helpful? | |||
