Bus was booked from noida to lucknow on 12th february 2018. the timing was 9:45 PM from mahamaya flyover and we were told that we would get bus details 24hrs before the bus departure. There was no such message. i reached bus stop by 9 and until 10:30 no one picked up my phone. and once they picked up my phone they told me i have no booking with them. i told them i have a ticket with me but they told me that there is an issue with their server. I would like a full refund of my booking. I have attached the my call log to see how many times i called them and the printout of the ticket with a PNR number. I will file a police complaint and take this case further. This will be taken as harassment.
