I took a bus on 26th June 2022 evening from Rupaidiha, that bus was very old making lots of noise and producing very gross smell inside the bus (smell must be of tyre and petrol mix)

It is very uncomfortable n unsafe to customer to travel in that kind of vehicle which do not have proper maintainance and servicing..

Even bus is old u can maintain it.
I felt like I will not take you travel agency service next time.
Felt very unsafe n afraid.
