I was wrongfully terminated in r1rcm healthcare company in training time. I was working with concentrix daksh at dlf cyber city building no14 cigna process . I was selected for r1rcm and joined this company on 16 september 2019 and in training session i got termination due to assesment not clear in company offer letter did not mention about termination due to

No step taken. Just had given termination letter. In training seesion terminated as in call letter not mention about it. I am going to attach termination letter again. . You would get all information ranging termination to company detail phone site

Updated by John open Rap Hi as per usa company law nobody could be terminate you until you performed wrong service. I was terminated in training session reason i could not qualify assesment . It is not reason to terminate any employee. I taken my first salary. . I was working with concentrix as senior executive. And joined this company where i was terminated. My previous experience letter and r1rcm termination letter has been attached. If you need it again by through whatup i will provided. Mobile no already given. Please do justice for me i was senior analyst.
