The company hr misguided me when I got selected and then abused me and said will file complaint against me if I talked about her behaviour with the candidate as I have her call recording as well

I have worked for R1 RCM but i haven't received 11days money for the month of September.
I have mailed the payroll team and hr team and even to my supervisor but nothing is resolved. I want that consumer forum should accept my request and take a legal action for the company as I have left the company so i do t think I will get my money back.

I was wrongfully terminated in r1rcm healthcare company in training time. I was working with concentrix daksh at dlf cyber city building no14 cigna process . I was selected for r1rcm and joined this company on 16 september 2019 and in training session i got termination due to assesment not clear in company offer letter did not mention about termination due to
