my two children are studying in radcliffe school in class 1 and 2. last quarter the school authorities started sms facility and took unilateral decision that it will be availed by every child.i was charged for 2 child wherein i aws and still getting sms in respect of only one child. i paid the amt and a complaint was also done regarding that but no action has been taken till dt. they send 60 sms in one quarter out of which 48 says..child..present and charge rs 500 for that.it is a serious matter . concerned higher authorities should do something to prevent the se schools from turning into 100% profit making org .ltcol pranay raj [protected]

Dear Sir,

The famous upcoming School Radcliffe School at Coimbatore. While making admission for my kid it was nearer to my house. So i admitted there while admission they dont informe about to change the location of the school after the admission school reopen they intimated to us that the school was shiffted to 7 km away from our home .First 3 days we send our child to the school mean time we found that it is difficult to send our child to the particular location so Due to the child safety we would like to get back the admission and inform to the principal. He says that he will intimate to the head office and inform about the refund details . Since they have shiffted the school perior intimation so how much maximum amount he can get from the management. So we kept quiet and wait for his reply. After 3 weeks also there is not reply from them. when ever i am calling him he said the same answer that he is waitting reply from his management. I was fedup and ask is i have to intimate to the management via mail / phone . He said no need of that. He ask a letter from us that we are going to shift our house to our native town so that we are withdrawing the chid admission like. I said what are truth that i will intimated in the letter none of the above . He said ok. Now what should i do ?
1. For their convinience they have shifted the school with out any prior intimation to the parents.
2. Because of them we are loosing the admission fees and capital fees everything something around Rs.22,000/-
3.Now they are telling Rs.5000/- is refundable.

My question is why should i bear all loses? The management is not consider withus before shifting the school. so management should accept the loss or prodata basis how long my child was in the school according to that they can take the money and give us refund.

I dont know where is the management for radcliffee school since in their website also they are not mention the headoffice details / parrents complaints. kindly advice me how to proceed further.
