I have enrolled my child in Radcliffe School, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on 24th April, 2023 however due to unforseen circumstances on account of change in job I had to move to another City and thus I had to denroll my child from the school.

I had sent the relevant documents to the school on 10th May, 2023 and after a lot of follow ups they have asked me the bank details 1st June, 2023 which I have provided on the very same day. However after a lot of follow ups the refund of INR 28, 100 /- is still not processed.

I visited the Radcliffe school for admission for my children. I was looking for offline classes for my kid in UKG. The front office executive at Balanagar Hyderabad Shrishti Jaiswal and the regional marketing manager Shashank Racha told me that school is running offline classes even for pre primary.

They asked me to pay the admission fees of Rs. 9000 then and there and start sending my child to school from next day itself....

Arun sir (school coordinator) approached me over phone and convinced me that admission would be done for both my children and then at the eleventh hour another school co-ordinator informed me that admission for 9th std is cancelled. Your school road is very bad no improvement in that daily some accident are occurs and other main thing your bus drivers are mature they are

Dear sir / madam,

After completing exam on 15 march 2019, school had informed to all parents via whatsapp that in case we want to remove our children from the school then parents should inform within 15 days however our registered mobile number is not having whatsapp so we didn't receive the message.

Post getting the result on 30th march 2019, we gave the application for removing the children on 03rd april 2019 (We have 2 children in same school) however now they are asking for rs. 22000 for each child for getting the leaving certificate and not accepting the application.

We are financially incapable to afford monthly fees of rs. 4000 for each child (We have 2 children in same school) so we are going ahead with school having less fees of rs. 2500/- monthly. If you want we can share my bank statement to make you understand the crises of money we are facing.

Also we can't afford to given 22000 x 2 = 44000 for the leaving certificate.

Please help in getting the leaving certificate.

2) parth pandey: ii standards, roll no: 26

Im highly dissapointed reading the review posted on 31aug 2018 anonymously.
Im currently working with radcliffe school ulwe and i have never encountered any such behaviour from principal. She is very friendly and supportive and strives to reach heights with pure dedication. To the best of my knowledge we are a great team here and everybody is happy being here. Im sorry to say that its solely a misunderstanding of who so ever has complained and taken any kind of correction as harrasment. As principal she has full authority to give timely guidance and mend any sort of misconduct at school for she is ultimately to be held accountable.

This is to bring to your notice, Principal o[censored]lwe school insults teacher infront of the kids and shouts when on round.
Last week teachers were punished to stand all day from morning till evening with no chair to sit as a teacher was caught siting on the chair !!! The poor teacher being single teacher for all sujects primary stand and ate tiffin infromt of her students for whole day !!! Why cant teachers use chairs to site while teaching ???? When my child this incident to me i was schocked and teachers did not object this very strange for such a school to do such a act.

Mr. Bansal,

Totally agree with problems... that is the reason I removed ward from the school. The institute is built on false promises... when I admitted my ward they said the land is acquired and constructions has started. Almost 4 years no sign of land and building. Very very poor infrastructure... almost all good teaching staffs have left. 3 Principals already changed.
I would sincerely suggest to take your ward out of it as soon as possible... and save your child career.

My son, Abhyuday Mohan Bajpai (Admission No.- RS/KNP-01/2011/1031), was a ward in ‘Class-Buds’ in Radcliffe School, based at 117/H-1/192, Model Town, Pandu Nagar, Kanpur-208005 in year 2011-12. The school was inadvertently closed. The refundable ‘Caution Money’ of Rs. 5000/-, being deposited vide receipt no. – KNP-01/2011/1031 Dt- 08.07.2011, is yet not been refunded despite several follow ups. While following up for the refund of our caution money at that time, the staf[censored]pdated us that the security amount of Rs. 5000/- deposited will be reimbursed within a fortnight as the payment would come from their New Delhi office. Despite follow-ups, local school authority & the principal did not provided us the head office details. This security money is still not been refunded to us till now. Neither there is anybody in the school to update about the status. We have been hovering around to get back our money but all efforts have been futile. We felt cheated now by the scrupulous functioning of this school & request other parents to be aware. Earnestly request to help in tracing out the details of their head office to follow up for refunding the deposited security fees else will take legal action against these fraudulent groups. Regards

Please sternly ask them for their Head Office Address & Contact Person details. They will let you hovering around & won't refund.They are fraud people. There are lot of people who have suffered from their malicious functioing including myself.

My name is Gagan Jawa,. My 2 daughters were studying in Radcliffe school, in bodakdev, ahmedabad. The result was on 27th March. I have recieved a call on 26th of March,. The lady teacher was telling that we are closing our school because we are not getting any response from our headoffice that is in new delhi. They are not replying our mail also. We are also not getting our salary from last 2 months. But no one is thinking of children future. Now, in most of the schoools, admissions are closed. If you want admission, then pay heavy amount in lakhs. Where will the children go those who belongs to middle class family.

If they want to close the school, they must have informed us 6 months back. So that we will be prepared. When talking about refund of security money, no teacher or principal is answering. Till now we have not got any refund of caution money. Even principal is also blank. This is height of fraud. We want our security money back and compensation too..

Radcliffe School was opened in Nagpur on 2011-12. I got the adimission of my kids Ayran & Muskaan Thakur there. I have paid Adimission Fee 12000 each & Caution Money 5000 each. Due to their internal matter the school closed on 15th Feb-2013. They have promised to return the Caution money amouting 10000/- by online. But till now I have not got the Caution Money. KITS — Caution Money Refund

Dear Sir,
Greetings from me. I wanted to bring a small piece of information to your kind notice about KITS. This is the same college which claims to be the best private institution of Orissa.
I am a pass out of Electrical Engineering (B. Tech) of[protected] batch. It was only after clearing all dues from the College, the college gave us all our certificates. But since June,2005 I have been running to the college every month only two get back my caution money that was given to the college at the time of admission in 2001 amounting to Rs4000. Every time I visit the college the authorities say that it has not been processed for your batch.

All Parents has object and we went to district collator after that Block Education officer has came org anise 3 meeting with school management, school staff and palak samiti and all parents but not any decision has come its action only on paper. pl help me ... and return my money with justice .

My daughter, whose particulars are mentioned above, was admitted to Radcliffe school, Bhubaneswar on 18.06.2011 when I paid Rs.32, 935.00 including refundable caution money of Rs.5000.00.I took TRANSFER CERTIFICATE of my daughter on 25.03.2013 to admit her in another school.

02.As per the suggestion of Ms.Jogita, the then FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE, I applied for TRANSFER CERTIFICATE along with refund of caution money of Rs.5000.00 for which I deposited the original money receipt no.8109 dated 18.06.2011 related to the payment of the said caution money of Rs.5000.00 on 09.03.2011.

03. On 25.03.2013, again on the advice of Mrs.ALAKA, Co-ordinator of Radcliffe School, Bhubaneswar, I once again applied for refund of caution money and handed over application to Mrs.ALAKA.

04. On 09.09.2011, when I enquired about status of my application at Radcliffe School, Bhubaneswar, Mr.J. Suryanarayana, the current FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE informed that he has no record of my application as Ms.Jogita has already left the school without handing over charge to the school. He advised me to apply fresh this time with original money receipt no.8109 dated 18.06.2011 related to the payment of the said caution money of Rs.5000.00. When I replied that I do not have the original money receipt (which I had already handed over to Ms. Jogita on 09.03.2013) and showed the xexox copy of the original money receipt, he did not agree with me and demanded an affidavit to that effect.

05. So, I handed over an affidavit to the above effect to Mr.J.Suryanarayana for refund of caution money on 11.09.2013, who promised me the refund of caution money by 11.10.2013 positively.

06. Today, i.e. on 16.11.2013, when I telephoned to Mr, J. Suryanarayana(mob no.[protected]) regarding fate of my application of refund of caution money, he replied in negative and could not reply when I can expect refund.

07. Moreover, when I asked about e-mail address of top management of RADCLIFFE SCHOOL at India level, he did not provide.

08. Now, please look into the harassment I have been through for the last 08-months for getting refund of the caution money which I paid to you the instant you demanded from me and refund me the same immediately. Presently, Radcliffe School, Bhubaneswar seems to be no more interested in us and trying to avoid us as finally they have to pay back Rs.5000.00 to me.

09. Radcliffe School is a reputed institution and having a huge brand name and I do not think your CORPORATE GOVERNANCE POLICY allows this kind of misbehaviour with its students (customers). Please do not tarnish your image in the market.

We are the parent of students at RADCLIFFE School, working near CIVIL STATION , KOZHIKODE. There are 230 students in the school from the standard of 01 to 07. Nowadays it is noticed by parents that the school does't carry any affiliation. In order to get affiliation, a school must possess 3 acres of land and own building. Both conditions are not fulfilled by the school authorities. Current year many students will pass from the 7th standard. But no such students will get admission anywhere without proper transfer certificate. The authorities are not giving any correct reply to the parents. Hence, the parents decided to approach various statute to inform the same to the management head, working at New Delhi. Their information about the school are available in the website. www.radcliffe.in.

Our plea to the school management is to obtain the affiliation at the earliest. Otherwise, it will ruin the future of the students now studying in the campus. And also find immediate solution to the 7th standard students, who are seeking for the new school year commencing from the[protected].

We need justice to our plea, and hopefully looking ahead to hear from the school local as well as top management for an immediate solution.
