Radcliffe School — NOC not given affected my CIBIL score badly

I am parent of Master Shivaansh Mishra, who was enrolled in the Radcliffe School, Mana, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
I discontinued the child’s schooling due to non-fulfillment of commitments by the Radcliffe school after giving resolution time to principal for a week . When no action taken i stopped sending my son to school and paid the school fees up to August 2025 to Gray quest EMI Partner, and no dues remain pending from the my side.
I repeatedly requested the Radcliffe telephonically to issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and provide written confirmation of fee closure from July 2025 onwards, but the school has failed to do so.
Due to the negligence and inaction of the Opposite Party, the my financial records have been adversely impacted, and my CIBIL score has been negatively affected, causing serious financial harm and mental harassment.
That the actions of school amount to deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and negligence.
