I had booked a saree jodha akbar from radha creation, 17 neelkanth house, surat on 26.8.19 of amount rs 650/- through cod basis. Product delivered to me on 02.09.19 with having different item not which i had booked.
From that day to till date i raised several complaints for refund of money to companies official through support care, sms, mail, wat'sup none of the response i got.
So i request from the consumer forum that strict punishment should be taken against fraud companies and their adopt practices.
