Purchase saree from radha creation, 17, neelkanth house, surat under product name jodha akbar of rs 650/- vide order no.9652 dt 26.8.19 via cod basis, on delivery different item was placed in it not one which i booked.

Several complaints had been raised for refund of money to company but none of the response still couldn't get.

Sir i request you to please arrange to refund my money back and please take strict...

I had booked a saree jodha akbar from radha creation, 17 neelkanth house, surat on 26.8.19 of amount rs 650/- through cod basis. Product delivered to me on 02.09.19 with having different item not which i had booked.

From that day to till date i raised several complaints for refund of money to companies official through support care, sms, mail, wat'sup none of the response i got.

So i request from the consumer...
