Sir I purchased a power bank through on line.

About this product I knew, while reading news on Google..

I decided to buy it, because this company showed a lot good thing about this

But when I got after my booking,

I found old and rusted item, also it is out of order.

Sir this is fraud, no doubt on this, how one can sell such a items to customers

On package return address was written

5A, L, B, lane Kolkata, 70002

I did not return this items, thinking that address can be also wrong, if right, getting items money will not be returned.

Pl help me.
