I Joined the Radical Minds Technologies Private Limited in the September Month . i Got the offer Letter from the company Upon receiving the offer Letter it was nowhere Mention that after the Probation period The Company can hired me without any proper reason or Description .

I Got a call from My Team leader[protected] and she said that they have hired me in the case of Zero Tolerance Policy further you have to talk to the HR only and HR has no clue and they said that manager has Given this Order and you have to Follow the same .

Hence I tried to connect with the Centre Head ( Mr. S Pratap Singh ) But he also referred me to the HR Only . i am also attaching the file of the chat with him .

Now the company has Fired me without the salary for the term which i have worked for and they dont provide the Any description .

NO RELEVING LETTER
NO DESCRIPTION

They have Done the Illegal termination from the Compnay and hence they are not Following any rules which is regulated under the company act and they are Making their rules on their own .
