Hello,
I had made online reservation id GGBFVDW for 16th August at the Radisson Blue Dwarka Hotel. I had provided my credit card details for the payment purpose and told that the amount would be debited at the time of checkin.
Due to some personal work, I was unable to check in at the hotel. The amount debited after 10 days.
This is against the RBI guidelines that the amount cannot be debited without going through the two stage authentication process.
I am looking for a refund (after penalty) from the Hotel. I was not informed by the Hotel that the amount would be debited after 10 days. This is not mentioned anywhere on the booking details or their website.

Room not available with Prestige Club and Radisson even when booked a month in advance. Staff at Radisson is asking to pay cash for booking room, even when i have already paid at the time of purchasing membership. I have been a member with Radisson for the past 5 years, but wont ever visit radisson again.
