Radyance — Cheat company / cheat products

I Have ordered the product through there website Radyance.com, now:
1. this is not an imported product & manufactured in India;
2. i got a mail from the sales team that i need another product for good results;
3. i denied and requested for refund as i lost confidence;
4. i have requested for refund, in line with the process mentioned on the website, but of no use;
5. no response from [protected]@Radyance.com
6. companies like this should be penalised.
