I have ordered this serum thinking it is an imported serum from us as the call that you will get is from us.

Mrp written on the bottle is rs 4400 and they are selling it for rs 1692. These guys are fraud and the product is poor.. I will get call from a us number to fool you. The website will give you great reviews about the product but this is all crap.

I have used this cream after they call me that was night cream you have to purchase a day cream also after that it will work they are really fraud and they said me give take a cream along with that with 1100 rupees after that your skin will glow and i said them why you are making me fool pls return first cream coz f i have used and got infection on my face after that i have raised request for return my money back many times they didn't respond of mail as i wanted and now long time has gone i follow up many times but they did not return my money.

They call me only first time for they will return my money and executive will call for the same but still this is pending...

And they have mentioned if cream will not work they will return money within 30 days now 30 days passed out and didn't do anything

Dear Ladies, this is a fraud company, better go to dermatologist, he will Rx good and economical product according to your age sex skin tone type etc.
Most good Indian companies creams costs near about 100 bucks and you can be fairer .
For whole body there's other techniques and could cost you near about 50k to 100 k.

It's all about marketing and selling their product to customer just to earn money.
I ordered that product which was shown and for that 0% information was provided..it was their job to justify that which product I should order first I am not at all satisfy by your product and service and yes one more thing I want to say to you that I had not ordered any product accidently.

The radyance company has no customer care number, i have order and received radyance product, of Rs 1692/-on 7/04/2017, but when opened, the package the bottle was empty, i want to return and refund my momey, kindly help, i have noticed this company is fake cheating, all customer's with its fake products, the company in its adv also said 100percent refund if customer not satisfied, kindly help as many customer's are being cheated

1. this is not an imported product & manufactured in India;
2. i got a mail from the sales team that i need another product for good results;
3. i denied and requested for refund as i lost confidence;
4. i have requested for refund, in line with the process mentioned on the website, but of no use;
5. no response from [protected]@Radyance.com
6. companies like this should be penalised.

The product seems to attract people with an eye catching video of a girl posing her dark black hands, after applying the radyance cream the skin becomes three times fairer in seconds before that, how could this be happened, this is truly making u a fool and bakra video? And it shows a message with a tag line they
Would give a free trial to the consumers but the first time the charge wil be rs.1692 without any prior notice or cancellation of the order.

Sir, My wife ordered Radyance Skin Brightening Complex and the advertisement says, the skin will be brightened in 14 days. After ordering one product, the very next day another message came saying, buy another product for continuation for better results. However I bought both of them to see the brightened skin. However, there is no result out of it. Immediately I contacted custemer care of Radyance team, they asked me to send before and after photos to check. i have sent and they are keep on telling like We are forwarded this issue for higher authorities. But till now nothing has been done

I have ordered radyance brightening complex... but I notice that the product ... product is completely different from earlier product ., .I did mail about this they reply that only bottle changed everything is same... but I again mailed about the product that the ingredients nd mfg licence is also different from earlier ...how it can be possie that licence no change within 3 or 4 month of same company ., . The delivery agents are using new tactics. They are delivering the products to unsuspecting neighbours of the provided address or to persons of the address who have no clue of online purchase or shopping. To enable this they arrive at afternoons when people at home are taking rest.

Hi, I ordered this product yesterday. I am yet to receive the delivery. I got doubt seeing an email from a person named Neha Guptha stating that he/she personally safely packed this product for me. He/She is from USA according to her/his email signature. He/she shared the consignment number of the courier. When I traced the consignment it says that it is delivered from Hariyana. How can a person personally pack the product from hariyana when He/She is in USA ? Very Funny. I am not going to take the product.
