I had been facing no internet connectivity since 29.09.2022 and had raised several tickets vide nos. 1193895, 1194852, 1197334, 1197665 and 1200095 on ka.railwire.co.in . our concern is simply forwarded to LCO and compliant is closed by railwire without resolving the issue.
The LOC guys are no responding to calls inspite of several times calling and messages on whatsapp. Further, contacted railwire 24x7 customer care [protected] for 02 times, but they also giving false assurance to take up with their LCO to resolve the issue, but in vein.
Very poor customer treatment both from railwire and their LCO Sri Bhavani Shankar Electric and Communication.
The concerned authorities are kindly requested to look into the issues and take suitable action against railtel/railwire Was this information helpful? |
