Railtel /telecom Company — Disconnected the connection by the local service provider without informing me

Hi. I am using the Railwire network broadband connection (Railtel), North East region, since 2020, and after a few months of getting the connection I stopped recharging by the service provider as the local area service provider was taking higher money than the original plan and I was aware of it and thought not to recharge from them & I started recharging online through their website. There were no issues but suddenly after 2 years on 11.08.2023, my connection was gone, and thought there might be some network issues 3 days passed but still there was no connection, and immediately I contacted customer care, and they told they will talk to the service provider (Chandimata Cable Network) and assured me to fix the issue. The service provider called me and told me to check whether the red light in the router is visible or not and I told yes the red light which is the PON button is blinking continuously and then he disconnected the call. The next day the area service provider called me and let me know that he disconnected the wire as I was recharging online and didn't let him know. But the service provider already know about the matter and he told me that I can recharge online even though I was told by customer care also that I can recharge online and I did not even need to inform any service provider about that. However, he told that's is the network has gone as he was not aware of it. I told him how could it be done. Why should I inform anyone about how I will recharge? How does it matter? Then he told me I was not getting commission or money from the service provider and he refused to give the connection. I already had an active plan of Rs. 413 which will be expired on 20.08.2023. So this is very unfair and disgusting. Just because of their money-related issues, we have to suffer. Now what is my fault here, I already paid and am unable to use the service because of them. It's my humble request, Kindly help me with the issue. I need the connection back or they have to pay me back the rest of the amount. [protected] This is the customer care number of the Railtel network for the North East Area. They should take action against the service provider.
