Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a Railway contractor named Ashok Kamti of Siliguri under Northeast Frontier Railway, firm’s Name M/s.Kamti Enterprise. I have been offered by Shri Rajib Kumar Jha, the then Station Director/New Jalpaiguri/N.F.Rly now Sr.DSO/Katihar/N.F.Rly to engage a vehicle on rent basis vide letter of acceptance vide Work Order No.SG/Vehicle/Sr.AM/NJP/2019, dated 29.01.2020 against the DRM(C)/Katihars E-tender Notice No.08/SG/Vehicle/Sr.AM/NJP/19-21, dated 29.11.2019. The vehicle was for Station Director/New Jalpaiguri/N.F.Railway. The every day log book was signed by Station Director/NJP but when I ask for monthly payment, he told that the monthly bill will be paid next month. Every month I submitted the bill against the vehicle but every time he refuses to pay the bill. All on a sudden he got transferred to Katihar under N.F.Railway as Sr.DSO/KIR. After passing more than one year nine months, the Railway Administration has not paid a single penny against the vehicle till date.

You are requested to kindly intervene the matter and arrange to pay the dues at the earliest. Here it is also to mention that the contract has been terminated prior to expiry due to transfer of Station Director/New Jalpaiguri/N.F.Rly and posted as Sr.DSO/Katihar under N.F.Rly showing that the vehicle is not required as the post has been withdrawn.

The Security Deposit of Rs.60, 000/- against [censored]AO/Maligaon has been submitted to N.F.Railway on 13.02.2020 which is also awaiting to release.
