[Resolved]  Railway Parcel office, Gwalior, M.P. — Regarding the late service and for confusing to consumer

Greetings !!

Undersigned name is Neeraj Gupta. First, I am an Indian who was believes on our system. But, now I am confused on my perception, especially for the services of Indian Railway. We say that Our Indian Railway has its own name in world but this thinking has also gone from my mind.

Now, I come to the point which I have to present before you.

Sir, on 13th October, 2012 I had booked my motorcycle No. MP 07 MP 5347 , Model TVS Sport from Gwalior ( Madhya Pradsh) to Raipur (
Chhattisgarh) with lot of expectation that it will reach to destination on time. After a series of discussion with concerned parcel office of Gwalior, they said, it can not go due to several reagons, i think this is justified and logical. A number of conversation has taken place with your respected employees of Gwalior station in Parcel Office like clerk, Parcel Adheeshak by my relative who is residing in Gwalior it self.

But, I visited to Raipur for official work on 7th Nov 2012 and checked the status for the arrival of my motor byke then I came to know that all of sudden, after 21 days from booking , It has come to raipur station on 3rd Nov 2012 by Samta Superfast Express without any prior information to me. What a joke with me? Any way, for receiving my motorbyke , I paid Rs.900.00 rupee extra for dame dages charges as calculated in 4 days. That was also a unnessessary punishment to me.

The Parcel receipt no. is E 315296. Because of this incident, I suffered lot physically as well as phycologically and financially. am In this connection, I paid more for traveling and reaching my home everyday in late hours due to unabailability of traveling facilities like bus, zeep
regularly.

I was in a burst situation because I was working for rural area of
Chhattisgarh where the bike was necessary for field related movement. I
was very surprised and sad from the service and argument of Railway
parcel office, Gwalior.

In this condition, only I can Wright to you because my problem is very
genuine and serious also.

For this huge mistake from the side of reputed Railway , I want the compesation for my loss in terms of physically , pcycologically and financially. Pls suggest me to take it forward.
