Service is worst. It is taking almost two weeks for them to solve the issue only if we keep contacting them frequently. Its only less than a year we got the connection and we are dissatisfied with the customer service. While providing connection they have promised us to give the bills, but we are not getting bills for our payment which is very bad. Please take this note as serious issue and take necessary action asap. Thank you.

Updated by mathiarasan24 The complaint is regarding the Railwire Broadband connection operating under Central Govt. in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, India. We availed the connection in the month of May'2015. We deposited amount of Rs.1500/- for the service. We said we need the bill for our deposit and also our monthly payments for our internet usage. But they are refusing to give the bill for our Payments. I doubt the organisation as illegal as they are not giving any bills from the beginning. I would to take the necessary actions for this and do the needful asap.
