Since the past 15 days, I have been having network issues with my Railtel subscription despite paying the bills for my subscription on time-its either bad network issues, Internet disconnected, bad connectivity or no signal at all. Despite numerous complaints lodged to the local service provider, no one is attending to compliants and now they have even stopped taking my calls.Most of the time I don’t even get a response, and even if I do, a person comes and tells me I am having internet problems due to dust on the modem and tells me to call him if the problem is not solved and then again never answers my calls. My daughter’s exams are lined up and due to this internet connection issue she was unable to appear for 2 of her exams, and this behaviour and incompetency from your end is costing one year of her career. I urge you do the needful and immediate action from your end is requested.
