Since 8 days ther is no internet.I have been calling so many times to the maintenance people bu issue is not fixed, My money wasted.

No Internet since 8 days..No one listining..I called multiple times and still they are unable to fix the problem.Internet came for few minutes yesterday and Today then gone..I am unable to do my Office work. My money wasted..Calling so many time to the maintenance people no one listing and not fixing my problem.

No internet since 24 hours . M trying to connect to local service provider but phone is out of service . Customer care is also not listning . I have done recharge of 1200 but everything is wasted . Suddenly no internet and no one is there to care.

My broadband is down since last 22 days and no one is listening from Railwire provider from khurda and none of Railwire members from Bhubaneswar. I have paid the full amount for each month and 4000 rupees as initial deposit but due to their ignorance during pandemic it is very difficult for me to continue now.I am not getting the benefits by using this fraud broadband.please help me by accelerating the process asap and make this ignorance visible to higher officials to take necessary steps when a customer is cheated.

Sir, I have opted for 100 Mbps speed and paid with out any default. But now a days I am receiving only a speed limit of 40 to 45 Mbps for download and a speed limit of 35-40 Mbps for uploading. I request you to check up and offer me the exact speed for my broadband.

I reside at Burla, Sambalpur, Odisha..using a 20mbps internet connection from railwire.co.in by paying Rs 706/ month. There is no internet for last 4-5 days.. no response from complaint team..no one is responding on the toll free number too..no one to contact

No Internet since yesterday no resolution from the company end always the same reason for fibre optic cut reason for internet outage

I have raised multiple request for refunding the amount of failed transactions. These are few ticket id: 731640, 723349. Even after calls & mails team is not trained to at least acknowledge the tickets.

My internet connection is not working for last 5 days. I have tried calling the Railwire support number but have received no response. I have also tried calling the local service provider but he does nothing about it.

I have suffered such a poor network today and called them 5 times and they did not even care -so requested for a refund they told they won't give which I have paid for next month and not even used

I had called to your customer care number 3 times today and your staff members didnt reply to my problem and they had cut my call... i want my response and if not done then i may complaint against you insocial media and all ... and im not getting my internet

Query regarding wireless internet not responding post payment of 48 hrs, Lan connection issue get fixed with help of customer support but wireless access still not resoved as confirmed will be fixed by EOD 17th april 2019 again by 18 April 2019
Kindly help to get it raised to consumer forum for loss of customer time as wll followup on a simple issue for 48hrs.

I took railwire internet connection few years ago, and while making connection the DO NOT DISTURB(railwire supplier in my area ) took 7300 as connection charge which included 6000 for air grid and 1000 for the modem. For air grid he told whenever i will have to end the service, they will refund the amount of air grid. Now when I want a refund they are saying the never said about a refund.

This is to inform about the amount charged from each of the more than 50+ connections in the college premises. We are continously charged an additional amount of 200 per month as maintenance charge. This is quite bad on part of a government service to the the common interest. Just in case i want to get acquainted with the norms of extra charges paid by us to the service provider. Is there any partner for railwire who provides us service charging an additional amount in addition to the billing amount sent to our account.

I am trying to get a new connection for 2 days now! have called up two different people for this like 6 times altogether. just for a new connection they are neglecting so much so i leave the horrible service that these people provide after buying the connection to your imagination. the office is less than a kilometer away and yet i am still waiting for their first visit. Worst ever service . Its called a government service for a reason.the service dont exist, only government salary does.

Railwire Internet Services provided by agent Vinayka Network in Rammurthy Nagar is harassing the customer's by asking for over Rs 450/- for the internet connection of 250 kbps. Railwire site displays only 320/ & till now i was paying 360/- only. Now the harassment has started & i am unable to recharge my account.
RAILWIRE must provide direct service & an online way of recharging the package, so genuine users like me, cant be harassed by these stupid agents.
