Hi this is Saravanan, I got the WiFi connection from railwire from arakkonam.
I have been facing the WiFi disconnectivity for 2 or 3 days every month. If asked they said like it's happening for throughout the atea.
In the name of lame excuses, they are not taking responsibility of providing proper internet connection seamlessly.

My broadband is down since last 22 days and no one is listening from Railwire provider from khurda and none of Railwire members from Bhubaneswar. I have paid the full amount for each month and 4000 rupees as initial deposit but due to their ignorance during pandemic it is very difficult for me to continue now.I am not getting the benefits by using this fraud broadband.please help me by accelerating the process asap and make this ignorance...

Sir, I have opted for 100 Mbps speed and paid with out any default. But now a days I am receiving only a speed limit of 40 to 45 Mbps for download and a speed limit of 35-40 Mbps for uploading. I request you to check up and offer me the exact speed for my broadband.

I reside at Burla, Sambalpur, Odisha..using a 20mbps internet connection from railwire.co.in by paying Rs 706/ month. There is no internet for last 4-5 days.. no response from complaint team..no one is responding on the toll free number too..no one to contact...

I have raised multiple request for refunding the amount of failed transactions. These are few ticket id: 731640, 723349. Even after calls & mails team is not trained to at least acknowledge the tickets.

My internet connection is not working for last 5 days. I have tried calling the Railwire support number but have received no response. I have also tried calling the local service provider but he does nothing about it.

I have suffered such a poor network today and called them 5 times and they did not even care -so requested for a refund they told they won't give which I have paid for next month and not even used...

So i sended him 1000 rs for recharge. My per month recharge plan is 10mbps 500gb plan but he did only only 5 mbps 100gb plan recharge in my account this month.
Please take action against him. He also did this scam with me in last month.

Query regarding wireless internet not responding post payment of 48 hrs, Lan connection issue get fixed with help of customer support but wireless access still not resoved as confirmed will be fixed by EOD 17th april 2019 again by 18 April 2019

I took railwire internet connection few years ago, and while making connection the DO NOT DISTURB(railwire supplier in my area ) took 7300 as connection charge which included 6000 for air grid and 1000 for the modem. For air grid he told whenever i will have to end the service, they will refund the amount of air grid. Now when I want a refund they are saying the never said about a refund....

I am trying to get a new connection for 2 days now! have called up two different people for this like 6 times altogether. just for a new connection they are neglecting so much so i leave the horrible service that these people provide after buying the connection to your imagination. the office is less than a kilometer away and yet i am still waiting for their first visit. i have taken a railwire internet connection, but the local railwire service provided (SIREESHA DIGITAL CABLE T.V. & BROADBAND SERVICES) in seegehalli is charging 12.5 % as service tax and another 12.5% as cable tax of the actual tarrif plan.
we are already paying service tax to railwire in tarrif plan. acutal plan cost 899+tax. and on this amount this local dealer is charging 250 more.
