I'm facing an internet issue for 3days, I'm calling the respective representative and he is not picking up my calls.
This is not my first time facing an internet connection issue. When I call for help, the respective person is not answering, and he is just sending a text message saying that will come in 30 minutes. They always wanted to do. When the issue came they don't even try to come and resolve it.
What should I do? Should I go to their office and beg them to resolve the issue? Totally a freaking network that I ever used.
