Respected sir,
I have a active plan of 636 and I want to change pan to 349 but my Service Provider not Change my Plan. I call many Times to costumer support but I didn't get positive response from there.I send Many times mail but I didn't get Reply.In Tarrif Plan of Rajasthan there is a plan of 349 But My service Provider Says I didn't change your Plan. Then I call to Costumer Care Then they told Talk to your Service provider. I complain to consumer helpline no. And my Docet no. Is 2303866 and they told Company is not Replying of his mail Sir Please Take action as soon as possible.
