I have subscribed for a FTTH broadband connection from Railwire-Odisha at my residence in Bhubaneswar with below details-
Subscriber ID- 30826
Username- od.stb.surya
Plan= FUP100Mbps-5Mbps 1500GB
LOC- Saira Telecom
The internet speed is always going down below 5 Mbps during the day since the time I took the connection.
In spite of my repeated complaints through online portal, no action has been taken till date. They are closing the ticket whenever they fill like without resolving the issue.
The local Railwire official are not responding to calls.
Toll free number is not reacheable at any time of the day. The IVR message played, " All our customer support agents are busy" and the call gets disconnected immediately. Response from LOC is not satisfactory. They even suggest to change over to other ISP (BSNL) if not satisfied.
Please take action against those who are responsible for resolving customer issues. I have paid Rs.4500/- for one time installation charges which need to be refunded in case of switching to other ISPs.
