Hi Team,

This is to inform you that Internet has not been working since yesterday morning. So I raised the ticket and informed to partner as well. As checked, the Ticket has been resolved by Railwire without giving a resolution. Today partner checked this issue and found ONU faulty. Faulty ONU must be changed by a partner as there is no physical damage to ONU from the customer side. Partner is asking Rs. 1000/- to change the ONU.

As discussed with Railwire customer support, This faulty device is changed by a partner only if faulty. I told to partner to change the same but He is simply denying and the support team is saying that we can’t help in this matter and you should talk to the partner only.

I paid Rs. 1000/- to Partner to change the ONU as I am working from home and it’s affecting my day-to-day operation.

I request Railwire to take action on this on a priority base.

If I don’t get a prompt response, I will raise a complaint in consumer court.
