I have been using railwire broadband for the past one and half year and i have been facing network issue for almost 20 days in the past 30 days and i have contacted customer care service to register about the issue, they told me to contact the railwire retailer who is responsible for my area. I have been contacting them everyday and asking them to resolve the problem, but none came to look at the issue, and today while I contact them, they are talking harshly and i said that i will complain about it they told me to do whatever that i can..
