Hi this is Saravanan, I got the WiFi connection from railwire from arakkonam.
I have been facing the WiFi disconnectivity for 2 or 3 days every month. If asked they said like it's happening for throughout the atea.
In the name of lame excuses, they are not taking responsibility of providing proper internet connection seamlessly.
If I raised the issue in the portal, it says it will be fixed in 4 hours . Then y can't meet their words.
Thats why I have raised the complainant to refund the amount for the 2 days or extend my monthly plan for another 2 day. Was this information helpful? |
