Rainbow Hospital — Took my money but did not give consultation

I had paid and booked a video consultation appointlent at Rainbow Hospitals, Banerghatta for today 1PM and was confirmed that some representative will get in touch to arrange the video consultation between 1 - 1:30 PM. But no one called there is no direct number to reach the hodpital. I called the main office 3 times, waited for 30 mins each time and everytime they said someone will get back in 10 mins or 30 mins. But still no one called. I have paid 850 rs and yet haven't received the consultation. No one is helping
