I visited rainbow children's hospital on Tuesday and paid the bill amount. They said amount is not received though it's deducted from my account. They asked me to pay the amount again stating that the amount I paid previously would be refunded in 48 hours. But till now no refund of amount even after waiting for 72 hours.

      We are visited rainbow hospital in hydrabad on date 03/06/23 doctors prescribed some medication but on Sunday 9n date 04/03/23we give medication to my baby boy at evening we found some allergies on body i call emergency unfortunately doctor unavailable for 2 days after hours
      Instead of new doctor assistance say that visit another hospital .
      Careless attitude about patient by hospital.
      All treatment related with nuro related.

        I visited Rainbow hospital for Doctor's check up for kid on 13 Oct 2022 and at the entrance gate they issued one token which indicated the entry time. It almost take 10 min. to park my car in cellar and almost 2 hours took to complete Doctor check up and proving samples for further health investigation as suggested by Doctor. By the time, i complete and came to exit gate, they asked me to pay the parking fee. I said that i went for checkup and showed all the bills that i paid to hospital toward consulting and lab testing but they said it is free parking only for half an hour which is not at all reasonable time period. Just to park the car and move from the parking it will more than half hour.

        I would like to know how they will collect the parking fee just for half and hour which is just not possible for any one to complete the doctor check up

          My 2 year daughter is admitted in rainbow hospital marathalli. Yesterday nursing changed cannula and they did tight dressing which caused the baby crying and in comfortable whole day. at 11:30 pm we careful observed the reason as baby was crying as nurses infused medicine. The entire hand got swollen and the fluid was not flowing well. We called nurses and got the cannula changed again. Baby slept after they changed it. This is worst experience as a 2 year baby can’t tell what is happening with her. Please take necessary action. We have the photo as proof before and after dressing.

            Monday August (22/08/2022) My son got a fever we are visited rainbow hospital 24/08/2022 we are showing my son to Dr chandrasherkar chaggappa he told us to do blood test we have done the the blood test on 25/08/2022 we got report at night same day we send to doctor Dr chandrasherkar chaggappa he told us to nothing to worry it is viral fever but in report it is clearly showing it is typhoid & my son symtoms also his fever is like 103, 104F & he had a stomach pain also doctor is not able find out after seeing the report also they have not started any antibiotic also & he was telling if fever is there till sunday 28/08/2022 will do liver test heart test full body test ...what a worst doctor ...my son had a high fever & stomach pain he was telling us to do full body test what a doctor ...we believe doctor is god but some doctor are devil this kind of doctor is not fit as doctor.

            I visited hospital more then 5 times within 4 days because my son was getting high fever ...they were sponging body & giving the meftal syrup & sending back home...please you are running a hospital keep a good doctor.               I had paid and booked a video consultation appointlent at Rainbow Hospitals, Banerghatta for today 1PM and was confirmed that some representative will get in touch to arrange the video consultation between 1 - 1:30 PM. But no one called there is no direct number to reach the hodpital. I called the main office 3 times, waited for 30 mins each time and everytime they said someone will get back in 10 mins or 30 mins. But still no one called. I have paid 850 rs and yet haven't received the consultation. No one is helping

                I had visited the hospital and met Dr. Shetty on Saturday 30th July and he had given medicine and told me to follow up on 3rd if my daughter was not better.

                When I called on 3rd I asked for online appointment as my whole family was unwell. I was told it would be arranged and i would get a call back. I followed up but then I was told the doctor left as he had an emergency.

                I completely understood but i wanted an appointment the next day, I was told it would be arranged. However when I called 5-6 times the next day I was told i had completed my 5 days and I have to pay again.

                This is a scam and just a ploy from hospital to make people pay again for follow up. The doctor was not available so i should have been given an alternative appointment or i should have been accomodated with another doctor. This is a scam and the call center is a joke.

                    Patient lab reports are not produced and hiding the details

                    Team,

                    Rainbow hospitals have lost the reports and they are not able to share the report either online or offline. Because of the delay in reports infection has become severe and lead to surgery with estimation of 2 lakhs. Please penalise the hospital for negligence and give us the justice....

                    Pathetic surgery done by doctor. Still its 3 months not recovered. At the operated place still swelling is coming and going . And Pain for every 20 days its swelling heavily. Feeling the same hardness till now what i had before surgery.

                    Suffering from last 3 months with this.

                    Note to all the doctors :

                    If patient comes to you with a problem, if you are not the preferred doctor for that problem, please refer to correct surgeons or doctors .

                    Dont do blindly all the surgeries by a single specialist 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

                    If the problem will be recovered by medicine please suggest medicine first, dont suggest surgeries immediately 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

                        After we called twice at night 1.30 and them confirming that a specialist pediatrics doctor would be available we didn't find a specialist doctor and whoever named doctor madhav was there hardly even knew the medicines which I was asking.
                        He tried to do ultrasound just for money.

                          Very poor.
                          Government hospital would be far far better compared to Rainbow children's hospital. Came here to treat cold, but ended up treating my baby, for their mistake.

                          1) Delay by receptionist (he went for dinner) by 45 mins for admission
                          2) since cold, two months baby was not taking his regular feed. They didn't see the old records of his weight gain, taken thrice within a week. He peed five times on that day, but they didn't ask anything about the feed count. He was active and smiling during admission. We told not to put IV, until if it is mandatory. They directly insisted for IV, without listening to our words. Nurse took nearly half an hour for inserting IV, he was screaming continuously until they complete their activity, but they didn't allow us to see him. I don't really feel the IV is mandatory to treat cold for an active, feed taking, weight gaining, smiling, popping and peeping 70 days baby.
                          3) they started drips at 1130pm and in the morning baby's hand was like fully blown balloon. We identified and requested to remove the IV. When it was removed we were shocked to see this hand got a big crack. His skin got maxed out and busted at inner elbow joints.
                          4) After arguing with doctor they told it was an unfortunate event. Due to their lack of knowledge and ignorance, my baby is suffering the pain now. Me and my wife were holding his hand upwards for 7 hours continuously, to reduce the swelling.
                          5) Doctor advised nurse to put the ointment immediately to heal the crack. But it was delayed nearly an hour. When we enquire, we came to know that hospital pharmacy is not having the medicine and they arranging from outside. Never expected this from a children's speciality hospital.
                          6) Calling bell near the bed was turned off for more than an hour, noted that both the days during my stay. Never ever seen such thing in any of the hospital. How can someone seek help, if there is an emergency?

                          By mistake, if you admit anyone in this hospital, please don't leave the patient alone. In case of emergency, patient can't use the calling bell for help.

                          Nobody is responsible, all just pointing others for their mistake. Because of their ignorance and lack of knowledge, my two months bday is suffering a lot now. For treating any of the issue, please go elsewhere in this world, but not to Rainbow children's hospital.

                          Very worst experience with their hospitality and treatment. I'm treating his hands, instead of his actual cold issue.

                          After fighting with all their staffs, nurses, doctors and management team; they showed their kind heart and mercy and reduced three thousand rupees from total bill amount, to compensate their mistake. Whatever mistake they do, their only moto is to make money out of it.

                          Please please stay away from this hospital to save your kids.

                                We had an appointment for MRI at 10.00 am this morning in TENET, but there was delay in communication between rainbow staff and tenet diagnostic, due to which patient was not performed
                                two hours is lost at TENET . Day is gone beside have a mental disturbance
                                We have to face commercial loss for another extra day charged 16000 INR
                                The test has been going on for 2 days unable to get a slot in TENET, such a big reputed hospital like RaInbow relying on unprofessional non cooperative staff of TENET
                                I would request not to charge for extra one day for this, there is serious gap in process and procedure you are following in the hospital

                                  My son, Saathvik Adabala (UHID : CUV-97677) was admitted in Rainbow Hospital, Vijayawada on 16.10.2020 due to respiratory distress. Before admission, I tried to explain my financial condition to Dr.Ramprasad but he didn’t listen to me and he told me seriously by showing his index finger that don’t talk to me about your financial problems. I was helpless so I accepted for admission. After all examinations, in very first counseling with Dr.Ramprasad, Doctor said that your baby has a milk reflux problem and he needed to get Gastrostomy/Fundoplication surgery . Again I told him that sir we are extremely poor so please do any alternative treatment with low cost. He said No.

                                  Then I told him that OK sir, we will accept for surgery but please assure me that there will be no complications after surgery. He said that there will be no complications after surgery and everything will be fine. Then surgery was performed. My son was just 2 months old with 1.5 kg weight at the time of surgery. Immediately after surgery, he got seizures 5 times continuously. My baby was there in NICU for almost a couple of weeks. Then he was discharged. I have taken my son many times from my village(Eastgodavari) to Rainbow Vijayawada for G-Tube leakage and other problems like weight gain issues. My son did not gain weight for 2 months after surgery. So far, my son has been admitted to the same hospital 4 times. I spent more than 7.5 Lakhs on him in Rainbow Hospital (Vijayawada).

                                  Again my son was admitted on 06.02.2021 due to respiratory distress. After giving so many antibiotics and other injections to him for 3 days, his blood was examined. The result was PCP Pneumonia with failure to thrive. Then we had counseling with Dr.Ramprasad. In that counseling, he said that “your baby has primary immunodeficiency” because a person who has immunodeficiency can only get this PCP Pneumonia. So, your son can not survive and you can take your son to any government hospital or to home. And he also told me that “if you spend more money without thinking, then I will treat him but no guarantee”.

                                  My questions to Rainbow Hospital are ;

                                  Before surgery, Doctor had done so many tests including Brain scan, blood tests, ultrasounds, Milk scan and many more.

                                  1. Why didn't the Doctor do a test for Primary Immunodeficiency before surgery. Because my baby is a preterm baby and a preterm baby has more chances for Immunodeficiency. Without examining his immunity, why did he perform surgery on my baby?

                                  2. Why did my son get many problems like seizures and no weight gain after surgery when doctor Ramprasad assured us that there would be no complications after surgery?

                                  Even after I explained my financial condition, Dr.Ramprasad did so, it was too bad. We got irritated by his words and prolonging treatment.

                                  My baby is taking his last breaths. We lost money and we are losing our baby. We want justice.

                                      Instead o[censored]sing sirenj to take blood, they just pierced a needle and was pressing the hand of my 1year old baby to take blood to test... Almost 20min they were trying to take blood without any expertise and my baby was crying continuously.. Worst experience i ever had in a hospital... Staff doesn't even know to treat a baby.

                                        I met with front desk employee name vina marathalli rainbow and she is introducing herself as head of this hospital. She is very rude and arrogant lady. When i asked her to meet her supervisor to raise a complaint she is saying no one is senior above her and she is all in all. Is it a private hospital? Why are we paying this much.. Is it due to this type of bahaviour.. We did not expect this type of behaviour from medical employees.. Your employees do not care to the patients.. They have not been taught behaviour management..

                                          We visited hospital to meet neurologist in bangalore marathali. The doctor was more marketting rather doctor, her name is. Dr agnes mathew. She was more interested to refer her to development pediatrician in the hospital. She also suggested blood test report wherein basic blood group was missing, report was not uploaded in portal and when i called several times to hospital they were unprofessional and did not send me the report at one go...

                                          I admitted my 11 yr son in rainbow on my friends recommendation!!

                                          But my experience was very much horrible.. First thing - they asked me about insurance cover - and then story started

                                          They tested lot many parameters which was not even required.. But answer from experts are - 'dont worry u are insured' and company will pay for these tests..

                                          For small infection they have tested stomach, chest, liver and kidney - just because i am insured.

                                          Good they they have started with low level antibiotic and moved to higher dosage - :) but it took 5-6 days to get some visible effect - : (

                                          * worst antisocial experience is : very expensive antibiotic which need only part dosage are simply thrown away by staff and next time they are using new bottle.. When we inquired about this and ask them to use same bottle next time - "why u are throwing that bottle where as half of the medicine is still there" - staff simply responded - you are insured so don't worry, insurance comany will pay full money.. - i asked them to use it for someone if possible but... No one answered.. : (
                                          * insurance companies needs to take this review very seriously. I think they have weasted 5-8 k medicine minimum.

                                          # such a expensive hospitable fees is 10k per day approx.. - i paid 100 k for 9 days.. - all nurses are learner, on every mistake they were simply saying - "we are sorry - we are new" no experienced nurses or mox 1 or 2 on floor (Bed count 30 to 40). When i started complaining, manager nurse came and said "you could have come to us" expecting i know their staff personally :)

                                          Their prices of plastic equipment are much more higher than market (Checked on net) which is not insured, and billing department says - only this much money you have to give, rest is covered in insurance.

                                          They are least bothered about their mistakes - when junior nurses except mistakes like injected iv was wrong and it causes to out immediately and my son's hand swelled in 2 hours time, when i complaint they started arguing that we have years of experience of doing same.. (Unfortunately parents are in tension of their kids and they are not keep on fighting, instead they ignore it - and i did the same)

                                          But dear parents, i will never suggest you to go in such hospitable - where money is important then pentien.

                                            Dr. Chaitanya cheeti.. About this rude doctor after spending money like hell she doesn't even listen to patients problem.. Humiliates them like hell.. With no respect at all.. Such a rude and dominant doctor that i have ever come through and total waste for her profession after a long wait of 5 hours.. Yesterday we went for consultation along with my mother.. She used all bad words she could use and humiliated us along with my mother. She spoke bad about other doctors which i said i have seen already and she literally in her words wanted to prove that we r nothing before her.. And not even listening to complaint of which i went for..

                                              Sir, On 23rd July at 6:45 PM, my wife got admitted to Rainbow hospital in Banjara hills. She delivered a baby at 7:06 PM and it was a normal delivery. As everything was normal, the doctor advised to take a discharge the next day, i.e. 24th July. To get the discharge, I went down to settle the bill.                                               behaviour is pathetic, one week b4 i visited him,i took apntment bt he was late for more than one hour,so i registered complaint which i think the receptionist has shown him,when we entered inside he was very angry and rude to us,we were shocked by his behaviour,he was behaving like a govt hsptl dr.so he recomended two test for my son,as i had no time in the mrng i went to madhapur rainbow hsptl to show the report aftr three days.receptionist took my reports inside bt dr,even nt bothered to cal in and sugest sumthng he just told to receptionist to show to dr.harish.he might have caled me in and spoken wats is the prblm why he is refering to dr.harish,i was very disapointed by his behavious and decided nt to visit him anymore.i request dr,kancharla to luk into this mater and take it seriously in the interest of hosptl and its services.if this wil continue for sum time then i dont have any doubts that no body wil prefer to cum to this hsptl if dr.like faran shaik are there.i think that receptionist didnt submit my registered complaint to the administration officer.

                                              Hi All,

                                              Yes, Rainbow hospital is one of the worst hospitals in Hyderabad. They are not there to treat the kids/infants, but suck their blood and suck money from parents. My daughter is of 1.5 Months old, we took her to this hospital as my baby was fully upset by continuous watery stools. That bloody FucXXXX doctor asked us to pay 12K first get the baby admit. they kept us in hospital for a week and charged 36, 000/-. Bu just after a 3 days my cute daughter started stools as before. We took to new hospital call her to other hospital there the Dr. was very nice. He just cured the baby with vary care. Now she is very well.


                                              I request you all the parents.. please do not go to RAINBOW HOSPITAL for any reasons.

                                              I am going to Rainbow since last 1 year for infertility problem. Every month (every appointment in fact) doctor is keep on hoaxing us.
                                              Now I have decided to go for consultation with some other doctor.
                                              Hi, My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyderabad. My case was different at Rainbow Hospital, Vikrampuri Colony, Secunderabad. When I took my son on Dec-13-2014, the front office executive behaved rudely with us and made us to wait for more than 1 hour. When I raised the issue with the Manager Mr. Vikram, he was so rude that he clearly stated that they were discriminating and harassing us. Also, he stated that in case we need to go to that hospital, we need to be SICK on a day when there is no CROWD as they take care of the VIP's first, as if it is a TEMPLE and that we don't pay the consulting fee. Also, he stated that I can go ahead and lodge a complaint against him and the management if required with the Police, Consumer Court etc. and NO ACTION can be taken against him or his management, as he said that Rainbow Hospital Management has the influence to take care of these discrimination and harassment as they do it always for regular patients, i.e., who are not VIPs. He denied me to even lodge a complaint in the complaint/ feedback form and was rude in his behavior.

                                              The sad part is that when I sent this complaint to [protected]@rainbowhospitals.in (which according to their website also is the email to the MD), bounced which means that even their contact details' (email id) is wrong. This I feel is like cheating by this hospital by providing wrong contact email address so that they can escape by saying that they didn't receive any complaint from me.

                                              I felt that this hospital definitely is a threat to me and my son as they accepted discriminating and harassing us.

                                              I had some mixed kind of experience with Rainbow. I was seeing Dr. Chaitanya Cheeti for regular checkups of my pregnant wife. The case was little complex. Baby was underweight in starting. But Dr. Chaitanya dealt it with such diligently that she was able to manage a normal delivery. She waited for normal delivery and didn't show any hurry for a cesarean delivery. I am extremely satisfied with her care, competency and intentions. Everything went well and my wife and son both were quite well.

                                              Coming to the dark side of my experience with Rainbow; after 2.5 months, we went to Rainbow for monthly vaccination and visited to Dr. Pallavi. We told her about the dilute motion since last 1 week. She diagnosed the kid having an enlarged lever and suggested for ultrasound. Next day ultrasound was performed and report was perfectly fine. Even the pathology doctor performing ultrasound told us that everything is okay but after seeing the ultrasound report Dr. Pallavi still suggested so many blood tests stating the same thing "I want to know the reason for enlarged lever" while in ultrasound report, lever was of normal size. While taking the blood sample, we both were asked to go outside of the room and God knows what were they doing inside for 10 minutes. My kid was crying very loudly continuously and when I tried to open the door, it was locked from inside. After 10 minutes, they collected the blood sample and opened the door. Ultimately blood tests' results were not normal and doctor called me again the next day. My son was doing perfectly well but she was telling so many problems and suggesting so many other tests just for filling their pockets and perhaps for completing her monthly testing target. I didn't go there again as I didn't have trust on the fake reports of testings. It was an unnecessarily wastage of my son's blood as well as of my money.
                                              So I'd never suggest anybody to get one's child treated in Rainbow. It is good only for delivery purpose.

                                              The worst hospital in hyderbad. When my wife was suffering from fever & admitted in the hospital
                                              For one day. They charged me 20k by doing all unnecessary tests like (Lever test/kidney test/abdominal test.. Etc) and
                                              Even not allowed to process me cashless insurance. Plz.. Plz.. Don't consider this as a hospital.
                                              Dr chaitanya cheeti was treating me upto 6 months everything was good but suddenly bp increased for that they have done so many tests but for that remedy not suggested meanwhile baby heartbeat stopped in stomach. The coolest doctor has given very good suggestion that nature has taken its own decision.but after the delivery i suffered with chest pain. Like a software guy she suggested as per gynecology everything is clear, but you may have heart problem gas problem or kidney problem for that you need to go specific doctors, don't come here we cant do anything they said. But i effected with preeclampsia. Due to that fluid formed in lungs because of that i faced severe chest pain which i was not able to take breath, she doesn't know this thing. They treated me very badly in pain also. I never ever thought of experiencing this kind of hell in hospital, not having minimum respect to the fellings of others

                                              I too agree with all of you.My one year child suffered with fever and consulted RAINBOW hospital.They examined all and forced us to admit in the hospital.They took below advantages once I confirmed that I have a Insurance.

                                              1. You have a Insurance and go with special room even though we have asked for sharing.
                                              2. The amount charged for 4 days is 39K and I have shocked after seeing the bill against Insurance.(Doctor consultation 14K for 4 days and he spent 1min for whole day with patient.For the remaining medication they have charged double amount.They have asked us to consult one more doctor within the same hospital and he charged Rs 1000 for one visit.Normally it will be Rs 500.
                                              3.Coming into Non Insurance amount.Apart from Insurance they have charged Rs 7000 additionally.Which includes Room taxes, other charges, File charges, Insurance charges.Already, these charges are included in the Insurance amount but they had come up with Taxes which is very funny.
                                              4.They discharged with 2 days injunctions and for doing Injection also they have charged additionally Rs 360/day (Only for giving Injection).
                                              5. We went to Hospital again with reports and for reviewing reports they forced me to pay consultation.For Normal consultation there will be one week time for review but here it is not applicable which is very strange.

                                              My questions:

                                              1. Why Insurance companies are encouraging with these false bills?
                                              2. If a normal person keeps fake/wrong bills there will be action but why not on this hospital?
                                              3. Why no action has not been taken after these many complaints against to this hospital?

                                              Also, going to write a mail to Insurance companies about this false statements.

                                              As a educated people, we shouldn't encourage this type of corporate beggars.Normal beggars proudly beg for food/other but these kind of beggars will suck the blood of poor/middle people.

                                              Frankly speaking there are other best hospitals for kids and don't encourage this hospital.Only fundamental of this hospital is taking the advantage of the people.
                                              The experience they have shared above is absolutely correct. I could say Rainbow Hospital is more than worst, They are completely money minded

                                              We have spent so much money for 1 week (after delivery) in other hospital finally we have consulted rainbow after discharge from the other hospital.

                                              we just wanted to take the second opinion because baby was not active. They have started sucking the blood & money, They have admitted immediately (using some typical medical terminology) saying there is something abnormal in brain and started charging 15-20k per day for 4-5 days but actually they are just feeding milk for 1 week old baby. There is no treatment going inside just an observation and they have suggested for more than 4-5 tests which was already done in other hospitals. The reasons for being 4-5 days in hospital
                                              1. Severe fever
                                              2. Suggested for 4-5 tests and 1 test is pending.(observation)
                                              3. Chief doctor is not availabe to review the tests(observation)
                                              4. Cheif doctor says there is some problem in brain will go for advanced tests and referred other branch of rainbow to understand the existing reports and suggested 3 more tests (observation).
                                              5. Now baby is growing weight because of our observation. We will in couple of days.

                                              RAINBOW HOSPITAL is the worst hospital . The receptionist by name mounika had made us wait for 2 hrs when I had taken my toddler . even when our turn was around, she sent somebody to visit dr. Venkatlakshmi.
                                              I met dr. Nitin milind shah intead . Being an Nri and doctor, I felt so insulted and the behavior of her was so rude .
                                              she was forcing us to sign paper for not visiting dr.venkat Lakshmi . she did not even apologise and she was so impolite and lying to me the whole time . she is such a senseless rude arrogant front office women who did not even wear a proper dress code. I don't even think she gave me her name correctly. such a disgusting pathetic management .inspite of me checking the register, she refused her mistake . the lady in front of me also reminded me my turn . people cut me in line and she deliberately sent everyone who came late before me. she had given me emotional trauma . I hope they suspend her
                                              Hope more & more people of Hyderabad will read these unfortunate experiences described in this page and will stop going to the new rainbow hospital at Banjara Hills. Basically they have made money and have developed attitude and arrogance.

                                              I had been to Rainbow Hospital this morning to show my kids to Dr. Aparna Reddy, perhaps she does not realize that people who visit her are also educated. She was rude & arrogant and had no interest whatsoever to listen to the parents. In addition to showing complete lack of respect to visitors, she was passing remarks uncalled for and was jumping to conclusions, while we were narrating the patient condition.

                                              I have been going to Rainbow for almost 15 years by now, and this doctor was a completely different person when the hospital was in the old building at Road No.10.

                                              My advise to this doctor and all other doctors at this hospital who have forgotten all mannerisms:

                                              1. Respect the parents, especially those who have raised their kids for more than 15 years by now.

                                              2. Nobody is a bigger fool than that doctor who thinks, he / she knows everything.

                                              3. Your knowledge & experience remains limited to an individual no matter what.

                                              4. Get trained in soft skills, you badly need that.

                                              5. You are not a gift to this world, but just a service provider who prefers to get paid in advance as you are not sure whether you are capable of providing the right solution.

                                              6. Always remember that you are not doing any favour to anybody by doing your work. Rather the institution and the society has given you an opportunity to serve.

                                              Yesterday, I was admitted the my 4 months old child, they given bed in emergency ward, nurse written prescription n we bought same medicine, some medicine used by nurse for child and
                                              Some medicine stolen by nurse return in pharmacy and asked to her, why were you taking that medicine, she old that she will be used other children medicine and the
                                              behavior of the nurse's are not good,
                                              Dr Koteshwari ganta from Lb nagar branch Hyderabad is big Cheater, she is completely commercial .

                                              She dnt even care of patients. The most unprofessional doctor.

                                              She force the patients to pre term delivery without any complications and then place the new born babies in NICU for reason.

                                              The new born baby will not have any insurance . So for 2-3 days they will charge for 2-3lakhs amount for babies.

                                              This is regarding my experience with Dr farhan Shaikh for my child. Due to some unforseen issues, & being skeptical about hospital visits due to corona breakout we postponed the 15, 18, 24 months vaccines as they were just boosters, for my child, as suggested by my brother in law who s a govt pediatrician. This whole thing gave Dr farhan a wrong picture about my parenting.
                                              Without even asking my child s scheduel, his habits, he came up with very harsh comments. He s very anti feminist & very quickly comes up to conclusion. He was trying to gang up with my husband in regard of breast feeding my child, as if its a delightful thing a mother wants to do. It takes up hell lot from you in just one feed.
                                              Coming up in a burkha & beard gives such a wrong impression that you cant bully a woman in front of her husband thinking it a good thing, & would impress her husband s liking towards the doctor.
                                              Well why will that happen. My husband also disliked his behaviour about giving personal comments.
                                              My child was crying and I was trying to calm him down, while my husband was obediently listening to him. I dont know what annoyed him that he got up & started walking away. My husband literally pleaded him to come back on his seat & give his valueble feedback, which we think was very unprofessional on his part.
                                              He should be glad that we still well behaved in front of such an arrogant, educated brut!.
                                              My husband is from IIIT & I am NIT graduate.
                                              Just because we were in burkha & beard. He came up with some abnoxious judgements about our parenting etc, which I dont want to mention.

                                              On 05.06.2021 I had visited this rainbow children's hospital, beside Park Hayath hotel, Banzara hills. I had taken the appointment if Dr. Venkata Laxmi to look for my child's health. After my billing is completed..the executive in billing counter told me to contact reception table-02... I did the same...at reception table -02 a young lady is taking filels from the patients.I went to her and gave her my bill and other papers ..she asked me about our previous file... I said to her it is not available..she said to me the file is compulsory..I said to her the file is not with me ..she said to the doctor will not take these papers without file .I said to her if file is mandatory, give me a new file ..J will pay charges for that..then she immediately she changed the topic and told me that I can give 10 files if you want ... But sha wants my previous file...but I said the previous file is don't know why she insisted on that ..and she is behaving in egoistic behaviour...I request the rainbow hospital people to not to encourage such rude behavior people in their who can not politely and with rude behavior...
