Updated by raj5921 Dear Sir, APPLICATION FOR DEMOLITION O[censored]NAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION AND ENCROACHMENT OF GOVT. ROAD BY LALLU RAM & ANIL AT PLOT NO.BLOCK:-P3 HOUSE NO.80, SULTANPURI, DELHI, OPPOSITE PRIMARY SCHOOL. That the above said Lallu Ram and his Anil Kumar resident of Block:-P3, House No.80, Sultan Puri, Delhi-110086 is having a Plot of 25 sq. yards Opposite Primary School. But on the ground opened an shop and they have also encroached the shop about 10 X 10 feet on the Govt. Road opposite the primary school due to which the road of 40 feet approximately have become narrow and also jammed the traffic. After encroachment he also parked his car in front of the shop and block the entire road. On request he always quarreled with the general public and threat that "MCD KO AUR DELHI POLICE KO PAISE DEKAR BANWA RAKHI HAI YE DUKAN". I have also send a detailed complaint to the MCD Department but no action has been taken till today. On the shop a lot of bad boys gathered, who smoke and also taunts the girls and ladies passing over there. It is most humbly prayed that the aforesaid encroachment may kindly be removed so that the road may be cleared and the general public have not to face any problem.

It is pertinent to mention here that ON THURSDAY A BAZAR ALSO PLACE and on that day there remains a great traffic jam due to this encroachment and due to this other shop keepers nearby have also encroached the Govt. Road due to which the GENERAL PUBLIC are facing great trouble
