Raj Kumar — credit card issue

Sir, i have a credit card no. [protected] of hdfc bank ltd.in the name of raj kumar
On[protected] i have made payment rs. 50, 000/- + 530/- bank charges total 50530/- to the govt. Deptt. From the above-said card, due to technical error, it was not successful. But the amount deducted from the credit card. I have written so many time to the bank for the payment, but no response, they said you have to pay the amount + bank charge + intt 24500/- total rs 75000/-
