Raj Petro Specialities Complaints & Reviews

We have been working with Raj Petro Specialities (Zoomol) as a distributor for some time.
After closing business with them we have made full payment from our part.
There were certain claim (coupons) that were received by us from Shopkeepers in december 2019 which we have couriered to Raj Petro Office at New Delhi on 4/12/2019.
We have emailed Mr Gurinder Singh (Regional Manager, Zoomol) with all the details and also had many conversation on phone.
They told us that they will settle the amount of Rs 9390 to us against the same but till today 02/02/2022 we have not received the amount.

They have stopped responding and now we have suffered tremendous embarrassment, mental agony and financial loss due to the same.

We have no payment due on us of the company but Company should take the responsibility to clear our Claim being their Channel partners in the past.

I feel like cheated with such big brand and for me they don't have either reputation to refund the small amount like this

We had procured 2 nos of ac model no :- acsrk20cks-6 split having serial no[protected] &[protected]re) from m/s ronak electronic vapi. And for the last one and half year we are facing the problem in the compressor but after continuing follow up with the vendor he has not visited or sorted out the issue or replying to our query, hence request you to sort out the issue at the earliest

i have Savings account and net banking. In net banking i entered a user Id and password and that its showing a setting a security questions in that i don't know my old authorization password. Please give me a new authorization password. Kindly do the needful.
