Dear sir,
I have a FDR in Zenith Birla ( India) limited. This FDR was matured about 8 years ago but I have still waiting for my money. Kindly suggest me a way how to get my money ? We need this very urgently . It is very crucial for me.

This is regarding a fixed deposit taken in the Zenith Birla ( India ) ltd FDR number for Rs 45000 in my mothers name Shrimati K. RADHA GANGADHARAN. We have not received the proceeds after maturity of this deposit till date. I am her daughter writing to you on her behalf .As she is old and infirm and not in a position to communicate to you . Being a Senior citizen she is dependent on the meagre earnings from these deposits for her livelihood. Kindly make arrangements to refund the amount due to her at your earliest. It will be a great favour if you could expedite the matter . Hoping to hear positively from you.

I had an fd with zenith birla fd number6652deposited in 2011.i have not yet received my money back. It is more than ten years

I had done a fixed deposit of rs 15000 on 31/3/2012 with Zenith Birla (India) LTD. Ref. FDR No. 0055013. The maturity date was 30/3/2015. I had sent original signed receipt with 1Rs stamp to company. I had requested Mr Vimal Dubey for repayment. But till now I have not received the money. Pl pay the amount with interest. Now it is too late and I need money badly. Dear Sir,

This is regarding the FDR No. 0054935 belonging to my father Late Sri V S Viswanathan where he had deposited an amount of Rs. 25, 000/- on 10/03/2012 & the same got matured on 09/03/2015 with a maturity value of Rs. 35, 465/- However, the same has not been received from the Company so far. We tried visiting their offices multiple times but the issue is still unresolved.

Hence, request your concerned team to kindly look into the matter & help us in resolving this issue at the earliest.

I have Fixed Deposit No.52786/20.09.2010 for Rs.30, 000/- which got matured on 27.08.2013 and submitted the FD Receipt for redemption through RR Investors. We are yet to receive the Refund of our FD even after repeated followups.

I am 81 years old and require the FD proceeds for my medical expenses. KIndly arrange to refund the FD with applicable interest at the earliest.

I, Mrs. Gracy Crasto, a Senior Citizen aged 75 years had placed the above fixed deposit No. 5869 dated 3-1-2010 for Rs.100000/- with Zenith Birla.

I had surrendered the FDR on 17/10/2013 which was due on maturity for repayments but till date I have not yet received the principal amount.

I had forwarded several reminders through various correspondences by post/courier/emails for refund of the maturity amount but there has been response/

I am Senior Citizen is suffering from high diabetes, blood pressure, heart ailments and need the above money for my medical treatment which is getting costly day by by. This a clear mental agony and harassment on the part of the company not to refund the money.

Therefore I pray to the Consumer platform to intervene and settle my amount at the earliest and oblige.

Hi, i have invested in zenith birla, fd # 53835, deposit amount 35000/-.. The fd has got matured way back in 2014 but till date have not received a single penny against it n my account nor any intimation from the company as to when are they going to pay back.. Please advise as to when can we expect to receive our money back as it's not a big amount for a big company like yours

I am a senior citizen aged 67 years retired from reserve bank of india. I had invested a sum of rs.2.00 lakh out of my hard earned money in fixed deposit of zenith birla (India) ltd. With fd no. 53371 dated 19.11.2010 for 36 months at interest of 11.25%. The maturity date was 225.10.2013. The fd r was submitted in origin to adroit corporate services pvt. Ltd., registrar of the company on 21.12.2013 for payment of maturity amount. But in spite of repeated request to the company, i have not received any money from the company. I had contacted sh. Vimal dubey, directer of the company, several times on telephone. And written many emails to him in this regard. Each time he advised that the company is facing problem and the amount will be paid shortly. But in spite of repeated assurances nothing has been received. I am facing financial difficulty and in severe need of money for mrriage of my daughter.
