Worst bus operator ever – Raj Ratan Tours & Travels 🚫
I traveled from Indore to Pune (28-Aug-2025, Volvo 9600 Multi-Axle Sleeper, Service No. 6693, Coach No. MP-09-DE-0999, Seat No. 6U). At my dropping point – Kharadi Bypass, Pune, my bag worth ₹1, 00, 000 went missing.
The bag contained:
💻 Laptop (₹75, 000)
👕 Clothes (₹25, 000)
💳 My card holder with Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Aadhaar Card & personal IDs
When I reported the issue:
– Staff said they checked with passengers who were reachable, but no one had my bag.
– CCTV recordings were checked, but nothing was found.
– After that, zero help, zero responsibility, zero seriousness.
This is gross negligence. Once you get down, they don’t care about you or your belongings.
⚠️ To all passengers: Never travel with Raj Ratan Tours & Travels. If you value your safety and belongings, avoid them at all costs.
Shameful service. Totally unprofessional.
