Worst bus operator ever – Raj Ratan Tours & Travels 🚫
I traveled from Indore to Pune (28-Aug-2025, Volvo 9600 Multi-Axle Sleeper, Service No. 6693, Coach No. MP-09-DE-0999, Seat No. 6U). At my dropping point – Kharadi Bypass, Pune, my bag worth ₹1, 00, 000 went missing.
The bag contained:
💻 Laptop (₹75, 000)
👕 Clothes (₹25, 000)
💳 My card holder with Debit...

I have booked a bus from indore to pune, the experience was too bad, my seat was changed and he did not inform me that it was not a window seat. Also it was told that the seat you have booked was next to Male, firstly this was a false information that was given to me.The office boy who talked to me does not know how to talk, he was really rude while talking. 20% cancellation charge imposed for canceling within 30 minutes of booking. They wouldn't even allow rebooking into another bus 2 hours later without paying 800 Rs cancellation charge. Customer service was rude and said its a small thing.

Rajratna customer service says I should not have booked through their app and they cannot help me cancel the ticket or rebook into another bus without paying the 20% cancellation fee. This is draconian.

Bus ticket double booked
We had done online booking and our seat was given to other passengers and we informed that bus were authorized to change our seats

Behaviour issues
Behaviour of staff is not at all good. They are very rude. Travelled to pune. Mp30 p 8880, they dont know how to talk to ladies. They were drink while driving so if they cannot take care of passengers safety for what are they charging so much. Wont recommend thia to anyone. They are pathetic

3rd class service. Bus puncture at 11.30pm and now 1.30am still jack and stampny not available and no provision for 2nd bus. Indore HO no replying. Customer service number switched off... Worst service

Bus driver was so bad

In many years I prefer rajratan travels for travelling but today I face disappointed because bus driver behaves so rudely and no humanity. My parents travelling Pune to Indore bus no. MP.30 p 3555 Saturday 5 june 2021 timing 4:45 pm but he stopped bus for dinner at 11:30 pm and in between 11:30 pm to morning 10:00 am he never stopped bus for washroom my parents and other passengers are requested to him for stopped bus for washroom he said I never stopped bus. Then my parents and other passengers said we will do complaint to rajratan office. Driver said very rudely do whatever you want I am not afraid anybody and I never stopped bus before timing. Today I am very disappointed my parents are senior citizen I don't think they deserve these kind of bad behaviour from rajratan because I never thought in rajratan travels my parents face these such bad things with my parents before these incident I feel safe for my parents but now I don't I want take some action against driver because I don't think any body like these with there parents. Kindly take action against driver because these type of bevaiour of your bus driver also ruins rajratan travels image because driver as a representative of rajratan travels we never want these type of service I hope you understand what I mean to said I trust rajratan but these incident I feel very bad because my parents face struggle whole night for washroom I feel so bad and disappointed.

Bus route changed without notice...bus delayed
Track link initially sent is totally different from the present track route...I have screenshots of every 2 hour tracking.. suddenly track change in mumbai..bus delayed by 4 hrs ... extremely rude behaviour of staff .. unhygienic rest stops...poor service...will provide n share all details n screenshots of this cheated track to higher level till This 5-6 hrs torture gets proper compensation to passengers n punishment to Rajratan..

Hi,
This is sneha thakur and i would like to share my incident of recent travel of raj ratan.
I have traveled along with my family from indore-pune on 3rd november 2019. Bus no was mp41p5559 and our seats were 19l, 20l and 28u. Here are some of the issues that we faced:
1. Bus driver driving was too rash. He almost loose bus control once, the police warned him too.
2. When we arrived pune and collected our luggages, our big size luggage bag of american tourister was torn. When we discussed this with the bus person, he replied its ok. Go and report wherever you want to. We customer are paying such high amount 3000/- per person and our lives and bag are not safe at all. The bag costed 8000/- and when we complained even at indore office hardly anyone cares about it. If raj ratan is not ready to take the responsibility of damage done by their people, then why dont you allow people to take care of their belongings and let them carry them to their seat. Even we told the bus official to keep it properly when he was loading luggages in indore, but he hardly cared and here is the result.
Is this the service, where customer and their belongings are of no importance.

i am complaining about your staff behaviour. staff name mohan. attender who helps with luggage and seats
The bus attendant named mohan was very rude and impolite... He was drunk as well and misbehaved with me when i asked him to show me my luggage status in cabin as i was concerned about my luggage arrangement. First of all he refused to show me saying that i need to give to eat, then when i insisted he asked me for my token and went away to eat. He was very loud and agressive. I have travelled with so many other travellers but this is for the first time i am facing issue with staff behaviour.
Very pathetic service, when i asked mohan to raise down his voice he became more aggressive and when i complaint this behaviour to the bus driver, this made no difference to mohan he took this very casually.
Respect t is what every individual deserve and this type of behaviour is not expected by staff of such reputed bus raj ratan. Very unhappy with the service. I will have to think more than twice before booking this traveller for my future visits.
Instead of complaints no one came for apologize, please educate and teach basic etiquette and courtesy to your staff specially when they are in conversation to a woman.

bus is before the time and couldn't wait 5 min

My name is mukesh who is regular customer of your service (Raj ratan bus service) but something unacceptable happened today (6th nov). I had booked a bus from rajratan at 11:40 but bus was before the time and by the time i could reach there it went. Bus conductor call me and i said wait for 5 min. But he didn't listen. After calling him on cell phone he didn't pick. I want my refund back.

booked seat one month before allocated to other person on date of journey

Booked ticket no tm9j40080482 on 21aug with redbus from indore to mumbai but on boarding date 22sept seat 15 l was allocated to other person named mariam and my son ticket was cancelled he was left stranded on mumbai agra highway alone in heavy rains the reason given bus was cancelled but bus departed on time 20.45 my son had no money to buy another ticket we asked for another ticket but denied and refunded i want action against redbus and raj ratan tour and travels

inadequate washroom stops on long route buses.
It's really pathetic when a person overpays for a service and inreturn doesnot even get basic service like proper washroom stop on long route bus. Every bus take one washroom stop between bhopal and indore but not the rajratan buses. This is why it is one of the costliest bus services of mp because here u pay and suffer, and despite of many costumers requesting the driver to take at least 2min stop in between, bus staff respond back like it is they who are paying us for travelling.
They won't even inform well in advance about the stops. If this the condition in one of the most prestigious bus services then indian buses are not worth of traveling. Disgusting experience!!

I traveled from pune to indore on 14Jan 2017 From 21.15 pm bus of rajratan.
This bus was very horrible.
It was scheduled to reach indore at 9.30 am but bus reached at 5 pm.The bus's pressure valve got broke and for about 5 hrs the bus was standing on road and no one frm the company responded for that issue we were facing.The bus was not checked before departing from pune.it was not going well from pune itself.
The staff behavior was very rude.They did not even stop for dinner.
This is the 3rd time same thing happened.
Please consider this and take some action.

Arrogant drivers

We total 4 booked rajratan bus mp41p5550 from pune to indore on 5th december 2016 night. The bus came late we accepted. Then for dinner it made a stop before ahmednagar at around 11.30pm for 20minutes. The food ordered came with sometime but the driver started blowing horn and calling back, we ended with food in our mouth. When asked the driver started shouting very arrogantly. The hotel was their choice and should have selected the one with super fast service. Our spirit's were very high but due to such unacceptable treatment we entered mp half hearted. This was terrible experience for all 4 o[censored]s and we booked another travel for our return journey. It will be now circulated to all our contacts not to use raj ratan travel's. We expect immediate action on such nuisance.

I m compaining for lost my luggage

Sir I had booked my ticket from mumbai to Indore mp 41p 6663, ., I have five luggage in bus...when bus dropped me at pipliyahana square I found only four bags out of five...pleaee solve and find my luggage...its very precious for me.. Rajratan travels is very valuable for anyone..so I also not blaiming...only just enquire and please find out my luggage...

Bad facility and weird behaviour by bus staff

I am Hakimuddin Talwala.
As my travel is from Ahmedabad to Indore on 31/08/2014. I got such a bad experience of my life that I really dis-appointed and want a quick and strict action on it.
I am 66 year Old and suffering from diabetes and i have a fracture in my right hand. And the behavior which show me by staff of buss during journey is very disgusting, they even don't stop the bus for to go washroom and brunch. When we tell them they say it's you sit at your seat we stop in Indore only. And its a AC Sleeper and i know that passengers are there with seats only but they taking more passengers from road with taking money from there like it's a local bus.
I need a quick and strict action from this section and i want my rights to be fulfill.
