The Raj travel bus service from uttar Pradesh dhan ghata to Delhi is over booking the bus and not gives the seats properly to his coustomer . I'm sharing a sleeper class seat with the other people's and it was very congested. There is one seat in the back which is shared between 12 people's . Even fair prices of those seats are very high but didn't get any facilities.
In the wholes bus there's are around 70+ people's .

Solution: Please ensure that driver stops the bus where there is proper washroom for women and children to urinate.

Hello sir, yesterday i booked a ticket of Raj Bus service from Siliguri Junction the ticket was from Siliguri to Patna after booking we got seat number 2, 3 and 4 and we book ticket before one day of departure but at the time of departure (time: 8 Pm) they replaced our seat with very back side of bus which is very uncomfortable but when we reach them and ask them that why did you do that without any shame they told that bus Conductor will...

The RAJ Travel, bus departure timing is 8:30 PM but the bus came at 11:30 PM. And the staff also always tell the wrong information....

I'm Pawan Pratap Singh, I booked a ticket for my cousin and his mother from Kashmiri Gate, )Delhi to Bansi, UP. Now my family is on the road in Jhansi searching for another bus and that is impossible to get. No train and no direct bus from Jhansi to Bansi (Sidharth Nagar, UP)....

They don, t have manners even how to talk. I have booked the bus for travel delhi to basti. and they have committed to give a sleeper seat. when i came to the counter they denied all the commitment they have on call. as a single girl they abused or even the staff don't have a sense how to talk... very worst exeperice i will never ever recommend this to anyone......

The worst bus ever never ever travel in raj travels or kalpana travels, i have booked my ticket from jaipur to baroda paid more than actual prices ₹850 each person for sitting totally uncomfy seats and they are least bothered after that how you complete your journey. This is to complaint that the conductor of the bus named raj travels (Kl 31g 3668) from charumood to thiruvalla behaved indesently, rudely to my sister when she boarded the bus from bh bus stop after her classes. I have booked a tour through Raj Travels starting from 20th August and have paid the full tour amount in advance. Due to some internal problems of the company, tour is cancelled.
