Trying to deliver new bike without bumper.. Bcoz they don't have stock. I was very much disappointed on raj yamaha navalur chennai show room peoples of treating customer like this. Worst attitude after receiving the full amount. 14 days was not enough to fit bumber for a new booked bike.
I have booked yamaha sz-rr on oct 10th all the bank process is over and the bike is registered and it has to be delivered 24th oct itself as per the commitment given by the manager, i ignore to take delivery of my bike.. They are asking excuse at the time of delivery for the bumber. Worst attitude.

I really disappointed because Raj Yamaha Navalur showroom People Service.I booked Fascino bike on 26th January 2019 still they processing to register my bike.Whenever I called them asking for the bike registration they were telling like it will take some time.After getting full amount they are not answering me properly. I never seen this kind of worst customer service.Lazy guys.

They took nearly 2 weeks time to get the finance from HDFC, after done the finance process again they taking 1 week of time to do registration anyways still they didn't done the registration process.

My humble request please guys don't prefer Raj Yamaha showroom for taking new bike.Worst Service.After getting full amount they won't mind you, they treat you like ###. I don't know when they will complete my bike registration.
