[Resolved]  rajakumar — Blue dart customer care gives false information..

My AWB number : [protected]. Today I called the blue dart customer care and understood that i can collect my consignment at B.D's Bhandup office after 6.30 pm till 8.00 pm. When I reached B.D's office at 7.35 PM no one there to handover my consignment. Not understood why blue dart wants to behave over smart to show they work till 8 pm but actually not. Unfortunate that these guys doesn't even call us. but just keep coming to door and keep the slip sorry to miss you. Instead of coming 10 times to door simple call and understand the time to deliver will avoid their donkey work. This is my second experience with b.d
