I would like to say you that amount paid & token no number I received for transaction to patwar exam2015. Application submitted Dated[protected]
This was happening due to problem raised by emitra website, when I done my first transaction that time I received message for something error on screen in emitra website after that I tried to check transaction history for see my first transaction were completed or not, because amount deducted from my account, but that time
e-mitra transaction history was not working, due to miscommunication by emitra I can't understood whether my token number allot or not.
After that again I tried to find out token number in transaction history but same time same communication error found in emitra transaction history due to that problem I again pay rupees 655/- and this was again deducted from my account for same application but that time e-mitra transaction history was not working, also due to miscommunication by emitra I can't understood whether my token number allot or not.
After that next day[protected] again I tried to find out token number in transaction history for know my token number allotted or not that time your emitra transaction history was working & I saw that my amount was paid two time & get two different token for same application . so I requested to you please cancel token numbers & reimburse my deducted amount rupees 655/- for two times paid. because it was happen due to your emitra software problem.
Here I want to say that third time I paid again 655/- & get loss 1310/- due to your emitra software problem.
So please reimburse my deducted amount rupees 655/- for two times paid.
