I paid two water supply bills of Rs 713/ and Rs 307/ of PHED in Jaipur today through emitra gateway and these payments are debited from my bank account but showing NA in payment history of water supply bills. Two massages also received as Your Transaction Of Rs. 307.0 Has Been SUCCESS On[protected] And Your Receipt Number is: [protected] For Further Reference and Your Transaction Of Rs. 713.0 Has Been SUCCESS On[protected] And Your Receipt Number is: [protected] For Further Reference.So take necessary action and resolve the issue.

Hi Team, I have done first time registration for pharmacy on 31st March 2021 and my payment got deducted but couldn't retrieve the registration ( login) credential for the pharmcy portal

I have applied for OBC central and state by Prem E Mitra. When I asked for him about charge of the certificate then he told me 120 rupees but when I went to him to took my certificate then he asked me to give 240 instead of 120 and he denied to give the certificate. So that's why I am registering this complaint against the E Mitra which is situated at Rath Nagar Alwar to cancel his license.

I have lost my phone (Redmi 8A). The mobile is new. It has blue back and it's screen is black in colour. It's main screen was having Lord chaitanya and Nityananda Prabhu on it. This mobile has two sim cards, Joi and Airtel.

I visited e mitra situated in the premises of AEN office Jagat pura, Jaipur JVVNL for the replacement of LED bulb. On providing bill of purchase he further ask me for rs.10 each bulb replacement without providing recipt.
Enquiring further he told me to change the bulb ek degree singh he doenst give a receipe for this. Would like to bring in your kind notice that replacement is totally free of cost still he charges for the same.

I am complaining about ongoing corruption and illegal levy of fees on each and every transaction by e mitra service provider at Arniyala, merta city, Nagaur, Rajasthan. The people involved in this scenario are Government authorised service providers. Please look into the matter urgently and remove the corruption from the system. We would appreciate a prompt response.

charged me 200 Rupees for PAN card creation, whereas the fees on PAN Receipt was 107.00 /-

However I submitted the fees and later they told they filled wrong details for my email and put his own email without even asking me, and then told me it wont be corrected now.
In order to correct it I need to pay more money.

It's a very bed services from "rainbow computes" e mitra in dist. Karouli in location of truck union. I am suffering last 06th month plus for "ration card" correction. But till now i don't got my corrected
Ration card. I visit again and again but disappointed. I already pay for this but my job not done till now. I call menu time to one mr. Mahesh bt never attended call & no response. So plz quick action for it.

Caste certificate cost taken by e mitra 120 which is not follow emitra price pattern and behaviour is not good. I tell to owner why you taken such a high price i aslo tell about complaint but they said you complaint officer should not come for check. Please look into the matter and resolved the matter it is not a frist complaint many people aslo complaint but they did not to know how to complain please look the matter. Thank you

There is a e-mitra agent here. Taken so much charge for the small work. for the example Bahamas is totally free but he is charged up to 300 rupees.
and i am apply obc certificate date04/02/2018. but until today he is ignoring me. for issue obc my dmlt course document not submitting in my college.

If we are arguing him, he's behavior rude and not acceptable.

Taken so much charge for the small work. He is one of the example of monopoly here. If any work charge is 10 rupees, he is taken 100 for it.

The e mitra kiosk no. 1187, sri ganganagar has not paid my previous water bill and as a result, the amount has been added to the current bill. The executive is refusing to show the receipt of the previous bill since i have lost my copy. This clearly explains that the executive has had my money all by himself and now is just making excuses. This is such inhuman behaviour for rs. 472. Moreover, he doesnt have the sense to talk or deal with consumers. I request strict actions againts the kiosk.

I am a student of S.T. category and need cast certificate. so I went to the emitra shop established by govt. of rajasthan. The govt. of rajasthan fixed the rates for cast certificate and dominical certificate for each around 32 rupee but all the shops in my tehsil charging for it 100 rupee. They are doing the same for other services also Charging high rates and people have no issue with it but I sir am not able to pay this higher money. so please help me as soon as possible.

I deposited total amount near 31, 000rs to emitra for bills and got deposit bill after 4 months the electric department of revenue came to me and say that the amount of chq you deposited was bounced, i should them the deposit bill they refused saying that they don't know anything the person you deposited has ran doing spam from many more people we won't your deposit by tomorrow or we will cut the connection. I when i visited the office for deposit i came to know that there was a person who's deposited amount was 48, 000 on dec2016 also got visit from revenue department saying your bill wasn't deposited he shown them the deposit slip but they refused it also he and i have same issue that if emitra cheque is bounced then how are they coming so late to us. And why the government is giving license to them i need my money back. Or i will file a case to emitra and share all my prob to social media.

Shriman maine apni daughter ka aadhar card date 11/09/2017 time 19:03:41 ko banwaya tha lekin aadhar card 24.01.18 tak bhi nahi aaya hai. Maine ye aadhar card emitra kisok code k11082337 jiska owner kamal awasti hai se banwaya tha aur usne iske liye mere se 100 rs chrge kiye the jab us se pata kiya gya toh usne batmeezi se bat ki aur kaha ki jake apne aap pata kar lo nagar nigam mein.

I had deposited my water bill ac no 84h-14-412 at sector5 pratap nagar in e-mitra office which office is in water box itself, the concerned person of e-mitra not deposited money to water box and several depositor are cheated by this e-mitra run by mr. Anshu agarwal ([protected]) and water box people also don't want to support public but the office of the said e-mitra is in the govt office itself. My mobile no is [protected]. Please help me

I have made a payment of electricity bill to discom department on 30.7.17 through e mitra app from icici net banking vide tr no[protected] for rs 4542/- fro key no[protected] and ref no [protected]. The status of the transaction shows cancel but the amount of rs 4542/- has been deducted from my icici bank account no[protected]. Normally on cancelled transaction the amount used to be reversed in due course but it did not happened in this case. I made a complaint to icici bank but they asked me to get confirmation of the cancelled transaction with details through email. Kindly either reverse the amount of rs 4542/- with interest of 14% or send details of above cancelled transaction through a mail before i approach consumer court for remedy.

I have given my marriage certificate & birth certificate on 16th may, 2017. Even after giving all the required document, i have not received the same.

Further he is not even interested to resolve the query.

He had made lot of mistake in my certificate, now he is not even ready to rectify the same.

Are you working for government or for profit purpose.

Please let me know the the status of the same & if required i would go to higher authority for the same.

Rajcomp info services ltd से 19/06/17 को मैने अपने 4 साल के लड़के के लिए आधार कार्ड बनाने के लिए 110 रुपये फीस देने के बाद भी अभी तक इतने चक्कर लगाने के बाद भी आधार कार्ड बना के नही दिया और अब कह रहा है के रिजेक्ट हो गया है। ना तो दुबारा बना रहा ह ओर न ही फीस रिफंड कर रहा है कहता है कि चालान तो कट गया है
सर् आप बताइए क्या ऐसा हो सकता ह के सरकार विभाग में चालान कट जाए और आधार कार्ड रिजेक्ट हो जाये और क्या 110 रुपये आधार कार्ड की फीस होती है क्या?
सर् आपसे रिक्वेस्ट ह के आप मुझे इंसाफ दिलाये ओर इसके लिये उचित कार्यवाही करें

Sir on 20 dec 2016 i made a online payment.. But my transaction was failed.. But you still cut 2050 rs from my sbi account.. I am completely innocent in this matter.. I have contact in sbi bank but he told me that he is unable to refund money.. So please you pay little attention on it and refund my 2000 rupee..
