Sir, i went for the correction of bhamashah cards, first he told me to charge 50₹ for that, but when i went back with my original documents & proofs he just doubled the charge to 100₹. I argued but he didn't agree, i request here u that plz take a legal action against it... Otherwise these fraudsters will rule like anything.
Hello Sir, I want to complaint about e-Mitra over charges, rude behavior and denied return of extra money taken with very strange reason that the money charged to upload documents. I went to the e-Mitra shop of Sanjay Somani located at Royal City, Aditya Awas Extn. Bajrang Nagar, Kota in 13 Oct 2020 for Death certificate of my father. He registered and taken Rs. 200/- for the issuing of the copies of Certificates including registration. We went again and again but after 6 months, he wasn't able to provide the certificate and no progress. Then he suggest that, due to Govt. of Rajasthan notification, online registration has been stopped, so we need to go to municipal corporation to register and certificates. So we got Death certificate in March 2021 directly from the Municipal corporation so there was no role of e-mitra here and he refuse to return our money and rudely told us that i've uploaded the documents so I charged 200/- for the same and there is no money pending. It's been suspicious to me that he has nexus with MC officials and ward member so that we need to pay the charges at both ends. The person is not cooperative and totally fraud, charges money with no work. He was'nt able to provide the government notification of physical verification of documents at MC. Please look into this. And I request you to cancel the his emitra registration for the sake of people. He is using his political freinds to falsley charges for the work which is not done by him.
I had fill a form of ITI from E-mitra kiosk -Satya Narayan Banshiwal of 226 Rupees but he take extraa 125 rupees for filling form
