I am a serving army officer, residing in Flat No B-502, Pukhraj Lifestyle, Station Road Kota on rent. I am positive that the electric meter installed in my flat is faulty and is over-billing me. The bill in question is dated 11 Aug 2014 covering period from 30 May 2014 to 04 Jul 2014 and bill no[protected]. Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest and replace the faulty meter please.
