The complainant is allotted house no.12/422 mukta prasad nagar bikaner and the complainant made full payment of the house as per demand notice issued by the rajasthan housing board but till date possession is not handover. The last payment made on 20.05.2016 and the same was received by rajasthan housing board without any objection and after received payment housing board not handover the possession nor given any letter / demand notice and sitting silient.
