RHB did not install 2 gates in flat
RHB did not install 2 gates in 2bhk LIG category flats Ashirwad apartments sector 3 pratapnagar, one for room n other for washroom . And wash basin also not given they are deceiving the flat owners, ...already 5 lakh rs increased from 9 lakh to 14.5 lakh at the time of possession n they are using such dirty corruption practices...and getting awards from govt...don't do fraud with the people n provide all amenities which are included in your policy n scheme.

It is regret to inform that i have booked house at nayla in sep 2020 on th cost of rs. 1500000/-
on ready to shift scheme as on date by rhb rs. 1125000/-
down payment asked only 125000 where as allotment given to me and asked to deposit rs. 500000/-
due to the above change i want to cancelled the alloment being the rhb has no any system for costing.
If the cost has reduce, first call to allottee who has come through...

Illegal Encroachment in front of houses

I would like to inform that in Vidyut nagar block A every house had encroached govt. road in front of their houses spl in front of A 302. They claim this area their property. in rest of the road they parked their vehicles

As per office order no.16 dated 18/07/2019 100% waver on interest on outstanding lease money deposit in one time payment but rajasthan housing board demanding additional next eight year advance payment for providing waver of 100% interest on outstanding lease money as per this officer order, which is illegal and harassment of poor persons.

Dear sir,
Myself dharmendra singh i purchase a property in r. H. B aravali vihar bhiwadi in dec-2016 e. W. S scheme higher purchase. When flat aloted to me lease money is only rs.42842/. I have no idea for deposited lease money but today i go to r. H. B. Bhiwadi office they demond me rs 75000/ (42842*18%gst+ lease money pending interest). Just like double in 2.5 years it's more amount for a middle cost person please help and suggested me direct resistration process if flat aloted in third party how can we transfer in our name.

house no.12/422 mukta prasad nagar bikaner
The complainant is allotted house no.12/422 mukta prasad nagar bikaner and the complainant made full payment of the house as per demand notice issued by the rajasthan housing board but till date possession is not handover. The last payment made on 20.05.2016 and the same was received by rajasthan housing board without any objection and after received payment housing board not handover the possession nor given any letter / demand notice and sitting silient. The complainant sustained loss of interest and paying house rent every month.

regarding penalties, service tax and interest rates

My family took a plot in middle-class segment in bharatpur from rhb in 2010 and got the allotment in 2012 after depositing a certain amount now due to some personal constraint we were unable to deposit the emi's after the allotment in 2012. Since last december my father wants to clear out the amount of the plot but the charges and penalties are too big and interest rate on penalties are also big now the point is in any bank interest rate is around 8-9% but rhb is charging 12.75% on emi + 6% interest on due amount still rhb is charging this is totally unfair with the customers and also charging for the service tax for 20 years if take the plot this year and lease of 100 years. Rhb had introduced a scheme for middle-class people. Plot cost was 13lacs at the time of scheme and we have already deposited 5 lacs and now we asked for the final amount we have to pay around 16 lacs + 12% gst. I didn't understand is it for the middle class or higher income group class. If something you could suggest me what to do know wil be very helpful for us. Yesterday father had visited the office and behavior and etiquettes of the rhb officer was totally not acceptable were disputing like an uneducated and unresponsible person. If waivers rhb could provide on penalties and service tax will motivate us to clear out the amount.

Kudi bhagtasni, housing board jodhpur is not granting lease mukti certificate

I had purchased a residential plot in sector 8, kuri bhagtasni housing board through auction. The plot no is 8 k 49, size 37'x40'. I had deposited one time lease money for the purpose of lease mukti certificate but even after lapse of more than one year i have not received the same. I had submitted several letters and reminders for the same. When i approached the housing board officials i was apprised that their official file related to my plot is missing so they are searching it. They informed that if i submit a set of all the documents lying with me they shall prepare a new file and issue me lease mukti. I had submitted a copy of desired documents more than a month ago but still there is no progress in the matter.
I had taken a house loan on the above property and my banker is insisting for lease mukti certificate due to which i am under heavy mental pressure and tension. Kindly get the matter resolved at the earliest from the authorities.\

Lease deed of housing board plot

This is not only my problem this is entire housing board allotees problem in jaipur city there are approx 95-99 % flats & colonies in which house / flats sold many times without registered documents & without getting the lease deed from housing board, now many of the flats which was allotted on or before 1974 now without lease deed they are unable to construct their house, also unable to get home loan due to non availability of lease deed bank denied to give home loan, many of allotees are in low/medium income group, in many flats ceiling patti has been damaged any time miss happening can be done, dear concern you are requested please arrange to release a circular in (Mukhayamantri jan awas yojna-2017).

Regarding sector 4 indra gandhi nagar, jagatpura, jaipur street light & park maintenance at east of sect.4.
Sir,
we are giving so many complaints about your park & street road light. but unfortunately we are un lucky for any positive line for same.
some times road lights lighting in day also. and some long time not lighting in night more time why ?
your all gardens are walking for cows, buffaloes, goats, seeps, snakes, and more forest animals at their looking day or night.
at park so many forks trees are generate during raining season so the end use of park for mans, children's, is nil. and another park of sector 4 a resident of sector 4 is arranged marriage ceremony but equipment of children toys are kept away from park just behind of RHB office sect.4 Indra Gandhi nagar, Jagatpra, Jaipur. we humbly request for take care them in all.

I had applied in rhb dwarkapuri second phase in 2007.i was selected in lottery also but after that i was not informed about it .ihad deposied 20000 rupees with application.i want to know about my allotment in dwarkapuri second phase scheme....

Sir mera RHB churu ke ander MIG-A II mein 4/83 house allout hua hai jiski rate registration ke time mein 12.20 lakh thi aur aaj uski rate ka bahut jayada yanilagbhag19 lakh rakam mang rahe hai jisko mein dene mein asmarth hoonaur mene refund ke liye applicatio diye 06 din ho gaye abhi tak koi status nahi mila.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject : Non-construction of road in newly constructed SFS Panchsheel Ajmer
As you are well aware, RHB AJMER allotted houses under sfs /mig scheme panchsheel ajmer in april /may 2014 after taking full initial cost and later increased cost about 6-7 lacs from each allottee.
After many reminders till date construction work of road in the area where 30-40 new houses were constructed/allotted has not started.
These houses were constructed on a small hill after leveling it and one unleveled (kachhi) road is provided to the persons who shifted in new houses even after lapse
of 15-18 month from possession.
As per the norms RHB must provide approach road before giving possession as full amt which RHB took from allottees includes road development charges too.
Please look into the matter and arrange for early road development work in area otherwise approaching to court of law as consumer is the only option left with me.
Awaiting a quick response on the matter.

Sir, My House No. is 5A6 Kudi Bhagtasani Housing Scheme, Jodhpur. Some one purchased 5A7 from allotted and he want to demolish the whole house and reconstruction without prior permission not only from RHB but Nigam also. It is a residential HIG colony. Type design cannot be changed. Pls rstrain and do the needfull action against illegal work.

Unauthorized construction.

I would like to inform about the unauthorized construction work at Sawan Path, Mansrover, Jaipur apartment No. 30/60/9 or 30/60/12. The owner of these flats encroachment the roof area. They have constructed the illegal room on the roof part. They have violated the rules of the apartment.
I am requesting to you please take strict action in the matter and remove the illegal construction.

delayed in transfer of name by rajasthan housing board

My self Vipin Garg had filed an application on 18 december 2009 for transfer the house no. 4-A-5, New Housing Board, Shastri Nagar, Bhilwara (Raj.) in my name which i had purchased from Mr. Kishan Lal Jethani. But 15 months has passed and the transfer procedure has not completed. Transfer of home in rajasthan housing board originally take time of only 2 months. I had deposited all the prescribed fees for transfer of house with complete lease. I had visited the office of rajasthan housing board but they are not just delaying me by sayiog that your file is in process and come tomorow and so on.
So i just request you to take reasonable steps to sort out my problem.

Myself Sanjeev Tiwari received an allotment letter dated 30/06/2011 of house number MB-II/111 pratap apartments pratap nagar jaipur.amount to be paid before the possession of the house was 1280661/-.I had deposited RS.394526/- dated 18/12/2011.Then i received letter dated 31/01/2012 in which the amount to be paid was 966573/-and lease amount Rs 1813/-.
On 11july 2012 I visited deputy commissioner cicle-1 sanganer to deposit a DD of Rs 394529/-.I was asked to deposit the full amount of Rs.966573 instead of 394529/-.Then on 1AUGUST 2012 I again went to the RHB CIRCLE 1 OFFICE with DD of total amount written in the letter .The office refused to accept the DD without the permission of deputy commissioner who was not present in the office that day .then i submitted an application with photocopy of these DD. Then on 3 september 2012 i again deposited an application with the photocopy of DD WHICH WAS ACCEPTED but the DD was refused.they said that the DD shall be accepted after discussion.Then on[protected] I again tried to deposit the DD and take the possession of the house but the office said the matter has been sent to the head office for sanction and again refused to take my DD.after 3 months I revalidated the DD and send to RHB CIRCLE-1 office dated 8/11/2012 BY REGISTERED AD.Till now the receipt of 1.DD No.286310 re validated on[protected] syndicatebank Rs394529 and 2.DD No.286337 revalidated 5/11/2012 syndicatebank Rs/500000.3.DD No.329826 dated 6/11/2012 Rs.73857.The receipts of these DDs has not been given to me yet.Therefore i am unable to get the possession of the house and more and more interest is being charged.

Allotted flat in place of an independent house

My father had applied for the house in rajasthan housing board scheme, in 1989 under kalptaru scheme, but they made an internal/clerical error and changed our registration from 1989 to 1990, and after so many years they have alloted 1 flat in dwarkapuri after promising an independent house from ground. I want to ask you what action we can take against this.

MONEY NOT REFUND

Dear Sir,
I have applied for the Rajsthan Husing Board, home at Nimbahera as per the guide line & due to some personal reasons requested for money refund as per the guide line of housing board in Month October 10.
As per the guide line money should be refund with in 45 days but it has not been refund till today untill & unless reminding to all concern person at Bhilwara, Chittorgarh & Nimbahera.
Replies given by concern person are as below : -
Nimbahera Office (Mr. Khan) - We have sended your document to Bhilwara, talk with them i am not resposible.
Bhilwara Office (Mr. Joshi & Mr. Shah) - We have not received your documents & we have open a new branch at Chittorgarh talk with them.
Chittorgarh Office - We are new branch your document are not received to us from Bhilwara. Talk to Bhilwara office.
Ultimately my money i not get back as per the guideline & suffering from finanicial crisis.
No one responding & ready to provide the money details.
Please help & suggest for the same.
