Rajasthan Public Service Commission [Rpsc] — Fee amount deducted from my account but showing failed and rpsc is not responding

Dear sir/ madam,
My name is chandan kumar. I was applying for RAJ. STATE AND SUB. SERVICES COMB. COMP EXAM 2021, I paid 360 two times means 720 got deducted from my account and in application form payment section it is showing failed.

I mailed to rpsc regarding this issue but they are not taking it seriously, my amount has not been refunded nor payment is showing completed

How would I get my money return .
