I had gone through online application for semester wise transcript on 17/02/2023 and again applied on 30/03/2023 for Subject wise transcript for my abrod education.. I have also provide international postal charges for Laurentian university, canada and done all these process on offline basis to direct university so i can get urgent . They made me process that we will provide this both documents direct university� within 15 days ...

Now i want to secure my admission as it is really important to me .

We are frustrated now ..

I m here to say that I got a a backlog in my physics exam in 2nd semester of my BTECH CSE and i scored 1 marks. And this was the same scenario of not me but around 50 students from my batch we complained to our faculty but they said write mail to us we will contact rtu then they said fill revaluation form we all filled that but now after revaluation result it is now showing 0 marks and college officials are denying further help saying its the final result so kindly help us into this as we are not getting any support from college

I have submitted the request for transcript certificate on 8th March, 2023; however, haven't received it yet. It's been a month now.
Kindly assist on priority as i need to submit it for masters degree and it's mandatory.

As I have submitted all documents and pay fees for taking transcripts on date of 17/02/2023. They had made me promise to deliver these documents only 15 days prior as it is reall urgent, so i had to go University personally. After 1.5 months of time, Since i have provide for fmy further education, I need it urgent base but there is no process yet.

I have requested transcript on Jan 15, 2023 and the timeline provided by the university was 15 working days. Until Feb 21, 2023 there were no updates. On Feb 22, 2023 i received a call after many escalations that they have not sent due to printer issue. Now they are saying they will try to send in another month with no assurance and timeline. I will need to pay additional amounts to WES if they delay further, apart from the time lost waiting for the transcript, and other implications due to the university delay.

Please note
1. University provided phone numbers are never answered for queries, it seems they are simply provided with no intention of ever answering them
2. Emails to queries for updates are not answered
3. Lackadaisical approach from the university with not following timelines promised
4. Charging full fees but no service provided for which the fees has been charged
5. No accountability, no proper ETA, no timeline, no updates
6. I[censored]niversity cannot deliver promised services ( in this case online transcription requests) they should have told upfront instead of causing loss of time, causing grievance and loss due to additional fees

They need to rush this urgently now and send the transcripts within a week. this issue is unacceptable

There is no way to check the status of my application so finally I'm making this complaint regarding that case, as there are mentioned 15 working days but it seems a 1.2 month passed but documents still not get delivered WES so just want to know the status of my application.

I applied duplicate marksheet on 23 Sep 2022 on rtu online portal. As per RTU it will take only 15 days. On rtu eBuddy app, it is showing that your application is processing . tried to contact on Rtu helpline number but no one is responding.
I needed it urgently for Computer Teacher post (Rajasthan Govt) document verification. plz resolved it as soon as possible.

Rtu claimed that approx. 15 days received copy of marksheet but approx one month occurred and I tracked on online portal rtu eBuddy app . It shows that your application is processing of 1 month . I try to Rtu helpline number but not received so plz resolved it.

Sir Rajasthan university is too late for giving revel result of 2022 students are getting delaye in there course So it is our hamble request to give as result as soon as possible or give as date please sir
